 إعلامية برؤية سياسية 

لا يولد النجاح صدفة، بل يصنعه الشغف و الإصرار و السعي المستمر وراء الأحلام. هذا ما تجسده مسيرة الإعلامية ندى ياسر، التي اختارت أن تسلك دربًا يجمع بين الإعلام و السياسة، لتقدم صورة حية عن شباب مصر الطموح القادر على الوصول إلى المنصات العالمية بثقة و كفاءة.

بدأت رحلتها التعليمية من خلال التحاقها بكلية الإعلام، قسم اللغة الإنجليزية، بجامعة مصر للعلوم و التكنولوجيا، حيث تخرجت بتقدير "امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف"، ما عكس اجتهادها و تفوقها الأكاديمي. لم يكن الأمر مجرد تحصيل جامعي، بل كان انعكاسًا لشغفها بفهم طبيعة الإعلام و كيفية توظيفه كأداة للتأثير و التغيير الإيجابي. هذا التفوق قادها إلى استكمال دراساتها العليا في معهد البحوث و الدراسات العربية، حيث حصلت على دبلومة الدراسات العليا في العلوم السياسية ، ثم التحقت ببرنامج الماجستير في العلوم السياسية، لتواصل رحلة البحث و التعمق في القضايا السياسية و الدولية. 

هذا الانتقال من الإعلام إلى السياسة لم يكن وليد الصدفة، بل يعبر عن وعيها العميق بأن الإعلام و السياسة وجهان لعملة واحدة، و أن فهم السياسة يعزز من قدرة الإعلامي على تحليل الأحداث و تقديمها بموضوعية و احترافية.

وعلى الصعيد المهني، بدأت  ندى خطواتها الأولى بعد التخرج بالتدريب في قناة "سكاي نيوز عربية" ، حيث اكتسبت خبرة عملية مباشرة في بيئة إعلامية دولية احترافية، ما أتاح لها فرصة التعرف على آليات العمل الصحفي و أساليب التغطية الإخبارية بمختلف جوانبها. و سرعان ما أثبتت نفسها لتنتقل بعد ذلك إلى قناة "TeN TV"، حيث بدأت كمراسلة ، خلال هذه الفترة، خاضت تجارب ميدانية مهمة صقلت مهاراتها الصحفية و رسخت قدرتها على التعامل مع الأخبار بجرأة و موضوعية.

ثم خطت ندى خطوة جديدة بانتقالها إلى مجال تقديم الأخبار في القناة ذاتها. تميزت بقدرتها على الإلقاء السلس و الحضور الطاغي على الشاشة، و هو ما جعلها تكسب ثقة المشاهدين و تصبح واحدة من الوجوه الإعلامية البارزة على الشاشة المصرية. لم يقتصر دورها على تقديم الأخبار، بل توسع ليشمل استضافة و إدارة جلسات و فعاليات كبرى تحت رعاية وزارات و هيئات مصرية مرموقة مثل وزارة الاتصالات و تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وزارة التخطيط و التنمية الاقتصادية، وزارة التعليم العالي، و وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي. كما تولت مهمة إدارة جلسات لبرامج تابعة للأمم المتحدة، بما في ذلك هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة و المفوضية السامية لشؤون اللاجئين، و هو ما يعكس حجم الثقة التي مُنحت لها على المستوى الوطني و الدولي.

و لم يكن التعليم الأكاديمي و الخبرة العملية وحدهما كافيين بالنسبة لها، إذ حرصت على تعزيز مسيرتها بمجموعة من الدورات التدريبية المتميزة التي وسعت مداركها و أغنت معارفها. فقد التحقت ببرنامج تدريبي متخصص في الابتكار و تطوير المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ضمن دول البريكس، والذي عُقد برعاية وزارة التجارة في جمهورية الصين الشعبية.

 كما اجتازت تدريبًا مع اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر حول القانون الدولي الإنساني و التغطية الإعلامية للقضايا الإنسانية، و هو ما أضاف لبُعدها المهني التزامًا بالقيم الإنسانية في العمل الإعلامي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، حصلت على تدريب متخصص في مهارات إجراء المقابلات التلفزيونية من أكاديمية الإعلام المتحدة، و كذلك ورشة عمل في تقديم الأخبار من المؤسسة ذاتها. هذه الدورات لم تكن مجرد شهادات تضاف إلى سيرتها، بل كانت محطات أساسية شكلت شخصيتها المهنية المتكاملة التي تجمع بين العمق الأكاديمي و المهارة الإعلامية.

لم يقتصر تميز ندى على المستوى الوطني، بل امتد إلى المحافل الدولية، حيث وقع عليها الاختيار لتمثيل مصر في فعاليات كبرى. من أبرز هذه المشاركات إنهاؤها لبرنامج تدريبي مقدم من الحكومة الصينية لشباب دول البريكس، و الذي امتد على مدار أسبوعين في بكين، و هي تجربة منحتها فرصة للاحتكاك بثقافات متعددة و التعرف على آليات التعاون الدولي في مجالات التنمية و الابتكار. كما تم اختيارها لاحقًا لتمثيل مصر في منتدى "BRICS 2025 New Connectivity Innovation Forum" في الصين، و هو إنجاز يضعها ضمن دائرة النخب الشابة التي يُعوّل عليها في تعزيز الروابط الدولية و طرح رؤى جديدة للتعاون العالمي.

كذلك شرفت ندي بتمثيل مصر في مؤتمر علي بابا للتبادل التجاري الدولي – الجلسة الخاصة بدول البريكس، حيث قدمت عرضا حول النمو القوي للاقتصاد المصري، وتسليط الضوء على جهود الحكومة في جذب وتشجيع الاستثمار في مصر.

تعكس قصة الإعلامية ندى ياسر ماهر صورة مشرقة لجيل جديد من الشباب المصري القادر على الجمع بين التفوق الأكاديمي و العمل الإعلامي الاحترافي و المشاركة الفعالة في المحافل الدولية. فهي لم تكتف بالظهور كإعلامية ناجحة أمام الشاشة، بل اختارت أن تكون صوتًا معبرًا عن طموحات جيلها، و حلقة وصل بين القضايا المحلية و التوجهات العالمية. و في كل محطة من محطات مسيرتها، تظهر ملامح الإصرار و الرغبة في التعلم المستمر، و هو ما يجعلها مثالًا حيًا على أن النجاح ليس حدثًا عابرًا، بل رحلة متواصلة من السعي و الاجتهاد و الإبداع.

و بالرغم من صغر سنها، استطاعت أن تحفر لنفسها مكانة مميزة في مجالات متعددة، بدءًا من العمل التلفزيوني، مرورًا بإدارة الفعاليات الدولية، وصولًا إلى تمثيل مصر في محافل عالمية كبرى. إنها قصة تؤكد أن الحلم حين يقترن بالعمل الجاد يمكن أن يتحول إلى واقع ملهم يفتح أبوابًا جديدة ليس فقط لصاحبته، بل لكل من يتابع خطاها.

Presenter Nada Yasser... From the News Screen to the Seats of Decision Making... A Presenter with a Political Vision

Success is not born by chance; rather, it is created by passion, perseverance, and the continuous pursuit of dreams. This is what the journey of presenter Nada Yasser embodies. She chose a path that combines media and politics to present a vibrant image of Egypt's ambitious youth, capable of reaching global platforms with confidence and competence.

Her educational journey began by joining the Faculty of Mass Communication, English Section, at Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST), where she graduated with an "Excellent with Honors" grade, reflecting her diligence and academic excellence. It was not merely an academic attainment; it was a reflection of her passion for understanding the nature of media and how to employ it as a tool for positive influence and change. This excellence led her to pursue her higher studies at the Institute of Arab Research and Studies, where she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Political Science, and then enrolled in the Master's program in Political Science, continuing the journey of research and delving deeper into political and international issues.

This transition from media to politics was not accidental; rather, it expresses her deep awareness that media and politics are two sides of the same coin, and that understanding politics enhances a journalist's ability to analyze events and present them objectively and professionally.

On the professional front, Nada took her first steps after graduation by training at "Sky News Arabia" where she gained direct practical experience in a professional international media environment. This provided her with an opportunity to learn about the mechanisms of journalistic work and the methods of news coverage in all its aspects. She quickly proved herself, subsequently moving to "TeN TV", where she began as a reporter. 

During this period, she underwent important field experiences that honed her journalistic skills and cemented her ability to handle news with boldness and objectivity.

Nada then took a new step by transitioning to the field of news presenting at the same channel. She distinguished herself with her ability to deliver smoothly and her overwhelming screen presence, which earned her the trust of viewers and made her one of the prominent media faces on the Egyptian screen. Her role was not limited to presenting the news; it expanded to include hosting and managing major sessions and events under the patronage of prestigious Egyptian ministries and bodies such as the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, the Ministry of Higher Education, and the Ministry of Social Solidarity. She also undertook the task of managing sessions for UN programs, including UN Women and the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which reflects the extent of the trust granted to her at both the national and international levels.

Academic education and practical experience alone were not enough for her, as she was keen to enhance her career with a set of distinguished training courses that broadened her perspectives and enriched her knowledge. She joined a specialized training program in Innovation and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) within the BRICS countries, which was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Commerce in the People's Republic of China.

She also completed training with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on International Humanitarian Law and media coverage of humanitarian issues, which added a commitment to humanitarian values in media work to her professional dimension. In addition to that, she received specialized training in television interviewing skills from the United Media Academy, as well as a workshop in news presenting from the same institution. These courses were not just certificates added to her resume; they were essential milestones that shaped her integrated professional personality combining academic depth and media skill.

Nada's distinction was not limited to the national level but extended to international forums, where she was chosen to represent Egypt in major events. Among the most prominent of these participations is her completion of a training program presented by the Chinese government for the youth of the BRICS countries, which spanned two weeks in Beijing. 

This experience granted her an opportunity to interact with multiple cultures and learn about the mechanisms of international cooperation in the fields of development and innovation. She was also later selected to represent Egypt in the "BRICS 2025 New Connectivity Innovation Forum" in China, an achievement that places her within the circle of young elites who are relied upon to strengthen international ties and propose new visions for global cooperation.

Nada was also honored to represent Egypt at the Alibaba International Trade Exchange Conference – the special session for BRICS countries, where she presented on the strong growth of the Egyptian economy, highlighting the government's efforts to attract and encourage investment in Egypt.

The story of presenter Nada Yasser reflects a bright image of a new generation of Egyptian youth capable of combining academic excellence, professional media work, and effective participation in international forums. She was not content with merely appearing as a successful anchor in front of the screen; she chose to be a voice expressing the ambitions of her generation and a link between local issues and global trends.

 In every station of her journey, the features of perseverance and the desire for continuous learning appear, which makes her a living example that success is not a fleeting event, but a continuous journey of pursuit, diligence, and creativity.

Despite her young age, she has managed to carve out a distinctive position for herself in multiple fields, starting from television work, passing through the management of international events, and reaching representing Egypt in major global forums. It is a story that confirms that a dream, when coupled with hard work, can turn into an inspiring reality that opens new doors not only for its owner but for everyone who follows in her footsteps.
