عقل استراتيجي وروح ملهمة ... سلاف إمام ... أيقونة التطوير المهني.

في عالم يموج بالتحديات وتتصارع فيه الطموحات، تولد أحيانا شخصيات استثنائية قادرة على تحويل الصعوبات إلى منصات انطلاق. سلاف إمام ليست مجرد قائدة في عالم الأعمال، بل أيقونة إنسانية ومهنية نسجت من بدايات متواضعة في حلب قصة ملهمة امتدت فصولها إلى دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، البلد الذي استقبلها منذ طفولتها المبكرة في عمر السنتين واستمرت تنمو مع نموها،  حيث صنعت لنفسها مجدا يليق بريادتها في مجال التطويرالمؤسسي، القيادي والموارد البشرية.

تتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 25 سنة في مجالات متعددة من الاستراتيجية والأعمال الإستشارية في الخدمات المساندة (إدارة رأس المال البشري، المشتريات، المالية، الأرشفة، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وإدارة الخدمات العامة ). تخصصت في الاستراتيجية ورأس المال البشري، ولديها خبرة في الاستشارات الداخلية والأدوار القيادية. 

عملت في بيئات إدارة التغيير، ولها قدرة مثبتة وشغف على تطوير المواهب، التطوير المؤسسي ، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، إدارة المشاريع الخاصة بالتحول المؤسسي والعمل على ثقافة بيئة العمل. إنها حكاية عن الشغف الذي لا ينطفئ، والعقل الذي لا يتوقف عن التخطيط، والإرادة التي لا تعرف المستحيل وتؤمن بأن القيادات المتمكنة أثرها يمتد خارج أماكن العمل.

بدأت رحلتها من جامعة حلب العريقة، حيث درست الأدب الإنجليزي، فخطت سلاف أول خطوة في بناء رؤيتها المهنية. لم يكن الأدب مجرد تخصص أكاديمي، بل بوابة لفهم الإنسان والتواصل العابر للثقافات. ثم عمقت هذا الأساس بحصولها على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال الدولية من جامعة وولونغونغ في دبي، لتجمع بين قوة الفكر الإنساني وفنون الإدارة الحديثة. هذا المزيج جعلها قائدة تفكر بعقل عالمي وتتحرك بروح محلية، قادرة على فهم التفاصيل الدقيقة للإنسان وصياغة استراتيجيات شاملة للمؤسسات لتترجم مع القيادات من خلال المبادرات الاستراتيجية التي تؤثر ايجاباً في السلوك وثقافة المكان.

بدأت مسيرتها في بنك أبوظبي التجاري كمديرة مكتب للمدير العام الإقليمي، حيث تعلمت من البدايات على أيدي قياديين وبدأت تلعب دور حلقة الوصل للشؤون الإدارية الخاصة بالموظفين. أربع سنوات كانت كافية لتؤكد أن القيادة بالنسبة لها ليست سلطة، بل مسؤولية تصنع الفارق. بعدها شغلت مناصب مختلفة في مجموعة دبي وورلد والتي من خلالها تم تعيينها لشركة نخيل ، وهي من أكبر المطورين العقاريين في دبي.

 ومن هنا جاءت القفزة النوعية مع شركة نخيل - بالم ديرة، حيث قادت تأسيس وظيفة الموارد البشرية وخلال ثلاثة أعوام ، نجحت مع القياديين في مضاعفة الفريق عشرة أضعاف، واضعة أنظمة متكاملة للتوظيف والتدريب. وفي المشاريع الشمالية لنخيل،ساهمت في أدارة عمليات دمج الأعمال خلال فترات التقليص وإعادة الهيكلة، مما صنع منها قائدة استراتيجية بامتياز. وعملت كمستشارة مع عدة شركات استشارية في تطوير القيادات والمواهب.

ثم انتقلت إلى أبوظبي للإعلام كمديرة للموارد البشرية، وعملت  مع مجلس الإدارة في عمليات التطوير المؤسسية بما يضمن المرونة والتنافسية للشركات الإعلامية في المنطقة.

بعدها التحقت بمجموعة  MBC وهي من اكبر شركات الاعلام  وكان تتويجا لمسيرتها كمديرة موارد بشرية ومدربة تنفيذية، ومن الشركات الشركات الإعلامية في منطقة. عملت  على مبادرات عدة من أهمها نشر ثقافة الكوتشينغ والمشاريع التطويرية.

وبعد ذلك، اتخذت خطوة جريئة نحو العمل الاستشاري المستقل، متعاونة مع نخبة من المؤسسات الحكومية والشركات الاستشارية، ومن الجهات التي قدمت لها خدمات استشارية: مكتب رئيس وزراء دبي، ووزارة الخارجية، وجهاز أبوظبي للاستثمار، ومطارات دبي وغيرها من الجهات الحكومية والشبه الحكومية والخاصة. وما زالت تقوم بعملها بشغف كإستشاري رئيسي مع الجهات الحكومية وهي من أوائل المدربين العرب في مؤسسة

ومن أبرز إنجازاتها كانت مع مجموعة نوفوميد للرعاية الصحية، حيث  عملت مع مالك المجموعة على نموها من خمسة موظفين إلى مائة وخمسة وسبعين خلال عام واحد، وأسست نظام الموارد وشاركت في توسع المجموعة عبر استحواذات متعددة.

منذ 2019، تشغل منصب كبيرة الاستشاريين لخدمات الدعم في بلدية مدينة أبوظبي، حيث تساهم في إدارة  مشاريع استراتيجية تشمل المشتريات، الموارد البشرية، مشاريع رقمية، وإدارة الخدمات العامة. التنوع في مهامها يعكس الثقة في عقلها الاستراتيجي وقدرتها على صياغة حلول متكاملة من خلال العمل الجماعي.

لم تكتف سلاف بالخبرة العملية، بل استمرت في التعلم. حيث حصلت على شهادات تخصصية في التدريب المهني لتصبح مدربة مهنية معتمدة مثل شهادتها من الاتحاد الدوليه

وحصلت على شهادة ORSCC ، شهادة تخصصية لتؤهلها للعمل مع المجموعات في إدارة العلاقات والنزاعات وأوقات التغيير. 

وتخرجت من برنامج تطوير القادة من  CTI

بالإضافة لحصولها على شهادات متخصصة في أدوات التقييم النفسي والسلوكي.

هذا السعي المستمر للتطوير جعلها مصدر إلهام لكل من يعتقد أن النجاح محطة نهائية، بينما هو في الحقيقة رحلة مستمرة من النمو والمثابرة.

رحلة سلاف إمام شاهد حي على أن النجاح الحقيقي لا يولد من المصادفة، بل من رؤية واضحة وإصرار لا يعرف الكلل ولا يتوقف عند العوائق. من أروقة جامعة حلب إلى قاعات مجالس الإدارة في دبي وأبوظبي، كتبت قصة تستحق أن تدرس في كتب القيادة.

إنها أكثر من مسيرة مهنية ناجحة؛ إنها إرث من الإلهام والتمكين من خلال العمل مع مئات الموظفين الذين طورتهم، ومئات القادة الذين شاركت في صنعتهم، وعشرات المؤسسات التي تركت بصمتها فيها، جميعها شواهد على أثرها العميق. 

واليوم، في قمة عطائها، تواصل رحلتها لتصنع المستقبل وتبني الأثر، لتؤكد أن النجاح ليس وجهة نصل إليها، بل رحلة نعيشها كل يوم. كما أنها شغوفة لتنقل هذه الخبرة لشباب اليوم من خلال فيديوهات ريلز لها على السوشيال ميديا.

She has extensive experience in transformational projects, with a proven passion for talent development, organizational growth, strategic planning, transformation projects, and workplace culture. Her journey began at the historical University of Aleppo, where she studied English Literature—not merely as an academic path, but as a gateway to understanding humanity and fostering cross-cultural communication. She later deepened this foundation with a master’s in international business administration from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, merging the strength of humanistic thinking with the science of modern management. This unique combination shaped her into a leader who thinks with a global mind while acting with a local spirit—capable of understanding people’s subtleties and crafting holistic organizational strategies that translate into initiatives with real impact on culture and behavior.

 

Soulaf’s professional career started at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where she served as Executive Office Manager to the Regional General Manager. During these four formative years, she learned directly from senior leaders and became a trusted liaison for employee administration. Leadership, for her, was never about authority but about responsibility and creating meaningful impact. She then moved to Dubai World Group, where she was appointed to Nakheel, one of Dubai’s largest real estate developers.

 

Her career milestone came at Nakheel – Palm Deira, where she established the HR function from scratch. Within three years, she worked with executives to scale the team tenfold, building comprehensive recruitment and training systems. Later, at Nakheel Northern Projects, she led business integration during periods of downsizing and restructuring, proving herself as a truly strategic leader. She also collaborated with several consulting firms on leadership and talent development projects.

 

Her next chapter took her to Abu Dhabi Media as Head of Human Resources, where she worked closely with the Board of Directors on institutional development initiatives, ensuring agility and competitiveness in the fast-changing media sector.

 

She then joined the MBC Group—one of the region’s largest media companies—where she served as Senior HR Manager and Executive Coach, spearheading several initiatives including embedding a coaching culture and leading developmental projects.

 

Following this, she took a bold step into independent consulting, partnering with leading government entities and consulting firms. Among her clients were the Office of the Prime Minister of Dubai, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Dubai Airports, and other government, semi-government, and private institutions. She remains deeply passionate about her work as a Senior Consultant with government organizations and is among the first Arab coaches certified & being a front of the room leader by the Coaching Training Institute (CTI).

 

Another notable achievement was with Novomed Healthcare Group, where she collaborated with the founder to grow the company from five employees to 175 in just one year. She built HR systems from the ground up and supported the group’s expansion through multiple acquisitions.

 

Since 2019, Soulaf has been serving as Chief Consultant for Support Services at Abu Dhabi City Municipality, where she contributes to strategic projects spanning procurement, HR, digital transformation, and general services. Her multidisciplinary expertise reflects the confidence placed in her strategic mind and her ability to design integrated, team-driven solutions.

 

Alongside her professional achievements, Soulaf has continuously invested in her own growth. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation, holds an ORSCC certification in organizational and relationship systems coaching, and is a graduate of CTI’s Leadership Program. She is also certified in several psychometric and behavioral assessment tools. This lifelong pursuit of learning makes her a source of inspiration for anyone who sees success as an end point, reminding them that true success is an ongoing journey of growth and perseverance.
