عبقري الجراحة... د. أسامة غطاس... الطبيب المصري الذي إبتكر تقنيات طبية عالمية.

 

تبدأ حكاية الدكتور أسامة غطاس في الإسكندرية، بتخرجة من كلية الطب جامعة الإسكندرية ثم حصولة علي درجة الماجستير ف جراحات المسالك البولية من كلية الطب جامعة عين شمس و كانت بداية الشغف بتخصص دقيق: جراحة الذكورة وصحة الرجل. فسافر الي العديد من الدول الاوربية و تتلمذ علي يد العديد من الرواد ف مجال جراحة الذكورة مثل البروفيسور أرثر بيرنت بجامعة جون هوبكنز بامريكا و البروفيسور الإنجيزي ديفيد رالف بجامعة  ريجينتس بلندن و البروفيسور روسلو باسبانيا بعد سنوات من الدراسة والعمل والخبرة، عاد إلى أرض الوطن ليصبح طبيبًا متخصصًا في مجال جراحات الذكورة يسعى لأكثر من مجرد علاج المرضى.

بدأ الدكتور أسامة مسيرته العملية في عدة مستشفيات مرموقة بمصر لكنه كان يحمل رؤية مختلفة. أسس عيادته الخاصة، وكانت هذه الخطوة هي شرارة الانطلاق. وبعدها حوّل هذه العيادة إلى مشروع أكبر : مجموعة مراكز دار الذكورة للذكورة و كل ما يا تعلق بصحة الرجل.

 هدفه كان واضحًا: تأسيس مركز شامل يركز فقط على صحة الرجل، وهو ما جعله واحدًا من أكبر وأول المراكز في الشرق الأوسط. لم يتوقف عند هذا الحد، بل واصل تأسيس شركات أخرى لتقديم خدمات طبية متكاملة.

يمتلك الدكتور أسامة خبرة عملية هائلة. فقد فحص وعالج عشرات الآلاف من الحالات ، وشمل عمله تشخيص وعلاج مشاكل صعبة مثل تأخر الإنجاب، العقم، الضعف الجنسي، العيوب الخلقية وأمراض البروستاتا. 

في غرفة العمليات، هو جراح إستثنائي. ومن أهم إنجازاته أنه أجرى أكثر من 100,000 عملية زراعة الأطراف الصناعية للقضيب (الدعامات)، مما جعله مرجعًا عالميًا في هذا النوع من الجراحات الدقيقة. كما يتقن الجراحات الميكروسكوبية لعلاج دوالي الخصية وتصحيح التشوهات الخلقية.

و حصل علي درجة إستشاري من النقابة العامة للأطباء في مصر.

لم يكتفِ الدكتور أسامة بالمهارة الجراحية، بل كرّس وقته للبحث العلمي والتطوير. والنتيجة كانت حصوله على براءتي إختراع معتمدتين. هذه الإبتكارات ليست مجرد أوراق، بل هي حلول جذرية لمشاكل معقدة في جراحات الذكورة،

 في عام 2018 قدم ابتكاره الاول و المعروفة باسم "تقنية غطاس"

Ghattas Technique 

و"تقنية غطاس" تهدف الي زيادة حجم الأطراف الصناعية. لتناسب أحجام الأعضاء الذكرية الكبيرة هذا يوضح أنه لم يتبع المناهج الموجودة فحسب، بل قام بتطويرها.

 

و في عام 2024 قام بتقديم إبتكاره الأخر و هو Ghattas Modification  و الذي يهدف الي تسهيل تركيب الخزان في الدعامات الهيدروليكية

ولمشاركة هذه المعرفة، أسس الجمعية الدولية لجراحة المسالك البولية والأندروجولوجيا، لتدريب الأطباء ونشر أحدث الأساليب. وهو أيضًا عضو نشط ومتحدث في أهم المؤتمرات الطبية العالمية.

 

كذلك قام الدكتور أسامة غطاس بإنشاء أكاديمية دار الذكورة للتدريب و ذلك في عام 2020 و هدف الأكاديمية هو تدريب شباب الأطباء علي تقنيات و فنيات تركيب دعامات العضو الذكري بنوعيها المرنة و الهيدروليكية و لقد تتلمذ علي يده عشرات الأطباء الذين أصبحوا الأن رواد في مجال الذكورة بمصر و العالم العربي.

 

في عام 2022 حصل علي لقب مدرب دولي و خبير بجراحات الذكورة و ذلك بعد  تعاقدة مع كبري شركات الدعامات العالمية ليصبح مدرب دولي يقوم بتدريب الأطباء حول العالم.

في عام 2025  كلل هذا التعب بحصول مجموعة مراكز دار الذكورة علي مركز التميز حول العالم.

في عام 2022   قام بتأسيس مؤتمر دار الذكورة الدولي في نسخته الأولي و هو مؤتمر هام و محفل علمي مهم يلتقي فيه الكثير من الخبراء في مجال الذكورة حول العالم و يحضره لفيف من أهم الأطباء في مجال الذكورة في مصر و الشرق الأوسط و يتم فيه مناقشة أحدث التقنيات الجراحية و كل ما هو جديد في مجال الذكورة حول العالم

و تكرر هذا الحدث العلمي الهام في نسخته الثانية عام 2023 و نسختة الثالثة في عام 2024 و يتم الأن التجهيز للنسخة الرابعة من مؤتمر دار الذكورة العالمي.

 

بالإضافة إلى إنجازاته الطبية، حاز الدكتور أسامة على تقدير دولي، حيث مُنح لقب سفير السلام ونوايا الخير، واختير كشخصية مؤثرة. هذه التكريمات تعكس الجانب الإنساني والاجتماعي في شخصيته، حيث يؤمن بمسؤوليته تجاه المجتمع ويقدم خدماته لذوي الدخل المحدود.

The Surgical Genius... Dr. Osama Ghattas... The Egyptian Doctor Who Invented Global Medical Techniques.

 

The story of Dr. Osama Ghattas begins in Alexandria, where he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University. He then obtained his Master's degree in Urology from the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, marking the beginning of his passion for a precise specialization: Andrology (Male Surgery) and Men's Health.

 

He traveled to numerous European countries and was mentored by pioneers in the field of Andrology surgery, such as Professor Arthur Burnett at Johns Hopkins University in the USA, the English Professor David Ralph at Regent's University in London, and Professor Rossello in Spain. After years of study, work, and experience, he returned to his homeland to become a specialized doctor in the field of Andrology, seeking to do more than just treat patients.

 

Dr. Osama began his professional career in several prestigious hospitals in Egypt, but he held a different vision. He established his private clinic, and this step was the spark for his major launch. He then transformed this clinic into a larger project: the Dar Al Dhokoura (House of Andrology) Centers Group for Andrology and all aspects related to men's health. His goal was clear: to establish a comprehensive center focused solely on men's health, which made it one of the largest and first centers of its kind in the Middle East. He did not stop there, but continued to establish other companies to provide integrated medical services.

 

Dr. Osama possesses immense practical experience. He has examined and treated tens of thousands of cases, and his work included diagnosing and treating difficult problems such as delayed procreation, infertility, erectile dysfunction, congenital defects, and prostate diseases.

 

In the operating room, he is an exceptional surgeon. One of his most important achievements is performing over 100,000 penile prosthetic implant surgeries (penile supports), making him a global reference in this type of delicate surgery. He also masters microscopic surgeries for treating varicocele and correcting congenital deformities. He obtained the Consultant degree from the General Syndicate of Doctors in Egypt.

 

Dr. Osama did not rely only on surgical skill, but dedicated his time to scientific research and development. The result was obtaining two accredited patents. These innovations are not just papers, but radical solutions to complex problems in Andrology surgery.

 

In 2018, he introduced his first innovation, known as the "Ghattas Technique." The "Ghattas Technique" aims to increase the size of the penile prosthesis to fit larger penile sizes, demonstrating that he did not just follow existing methods, but actively developed them. In 2024, he introduced his other innovation, the "Ghattas Modification," which aims to facilitate the placement of the reservoir in hydraulic (inflatable) penile implants.

 

To share this knowledge, he founded the International Society of Urology and Andrology, to train doctors and disseminate the latest methods. He is also an active member and speaker at the most important international medical conferences.

 

Dr. Osama Ghattas also established the Dar Al Zokoura Training Academy in 2020. The academy's goal is to train young doctors on the techniques and procedures for implanting both malleable and inflatable penile prostheses. Dozens of doctors have been mentored by him and have now become pioneers in the field of Andrology in Egypt and the Arab world.

 

In 2022, he received the title of International Trainer and Expert in Andrology Surgery after contracting with major global prosthetic companies to become an international trainer who trains doctors worldwide. In 2025, this hard work was crowned by the Dar Al Zokoura Centers Group receiving the Center of Excellence award globally.

 

In 2022, he established the Dar Al Zokoura International Conference in its first edition. It is an important conference and a crucial scientific forum where many experts in the field of Andrology from around the world meet. It is attended by a select group of the most important doctors in the field of Andrology in Egypt and the Middle East, and the latest surgical techniques and all new developments in the field of Andrology worldwide are discussed. 

 

This important scientific event was repeated in its second edition in 2023 and its third edition in 2024, and preparations are currently underway for the fourth edition of the Dar Al Zokoura International Conference.

 

In addition to his medical achievements, Dr. Osama received international recognition, where he was granted the title of Ambassador for Peace and Goodwill, and was chosen as an Influential Personality. 

 

These honors reflect the humanitarian and social side of his personality, as he believes in his responsibility towards society and offers his services to those with limited income.
