Rania Hashmat Abou El-Kheir, a loyal daughter of Egypt, made her homeland a launching point towards an exceptional journey. She leveraged her theoretical scientific studies and practical experiences to build upon her family upbringing, which blended the preservation of authentic Egyptian traditions and customs with the political and legislative expertise she inherited from her father. From all of this, she crafted a distinguished blend that became an inspiring model for ambitious Egyptian and Arab women. She has left clear imprints on all fields of her work and achieved remarkable accomplishments in all areas of her activity. What we recount today is not merely a biography of an Egyptian woman, but a story of passion and determination, a story of a woman who transformed her dreams into tangible reality, serving her nation and society with utmost sincerity and dedication.

Rania Abou El-Kheir... These Were the Starting Points:

In this phase, Rania transitioned from academic achievement to specialized and intensive training courses. She obtained numerous qualifying and knowledge-based courses and programs, starting with the concepts and fields of national security. With her passion for such fields, which are more closely linked to the political and security reality, she continued her journey towards the National Anti-Corruption Academy, where she completed a specialized course in governance and anti-corruption, aiming to enhance her knowledge and experience in the field of good governance and combating corruption.

Related to this increasingly important field in today's world, Rania sought to broaden her understanding of human rights in its wider concept, obtaining specialized training courses in human rights in journalistic coverage from a specialized United Nations agency in the field of human rights.

It goes without saying that when a passion for knowledge and learning dominates a person's perception, it makes them captive to research, study, and acquisition in a more professional manner. Rania Abou El-Kheir realized this and turned to enhancing her capabilities with strategic and scientific analysis expertise. She obtained a course in scientific research and its skills and another course in information analysis at the strategic level concerning African affairs from Cairo University. This strengthened her ability for in-depth strategic analysis of various issues in general and African issues in particular.

Rania Abou El-Kheir and the Paths of Practical Launch:

Rania Abou El-Kheir did not stop at the knowledge and sciences she acquired. Rather, that preparatory and qualifying stage was the starting point for the more realistic phase of her life, a phase that carried several characteristics, including:

 diversity in experiences, multiplicity of knowledge, and uniqueness of personality. She moved to a practical launch through three parallel paths:

The first path was represented in investment and commercial work. She sought to apply her theoretical studies and knowledge in managing numerous Egyptian and international commercial and investment companies. She then moved to her role as a consultant for project development and strategic planning at the ISPL Group in East Africa, where she left a clear mark from 2018 to 2021. She also contributed her expertise as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Rowad Security Services Group from 2019 to 2022.

The second path was represented in community activity, which occupied the heart and mind of Rania Abou El-Kheir in addressing social and humanitarian issues through her founding and presidency of the "Sawt El-Kheir" (Voice of Goodness) Association. This association was launched as a beacon of hope and giving, providing support and care to the needy and contributing to the development of society in various governorates of the Republic. Her giving was limitless, her assistance unrestricted, and her support widespread.

In fact, her participation was not limited to national events. She also had a distinguished and influential presence in international and regional conferences and seminars. Among the most prominent examples is her participation in the Russia-Africa Summit with a working paper for the Russia-Africa Media Forum on the opportunities and challenges facing cooperation in the field of Russia-Africa media. This paper was presented and discussed before leaders and heads of African states at the high-level summit between Russia and African countries.

She also presented a future vision at the "Uzbekistan and UNICEF Conference on the Protection and Integration of Children with Special Needs," and at the conference of the Arab-African Center for Media and Development in Mauritania, she presented a research study on the future of the Egyptian-Mauritanian economy. She participated among representatives from 70 countries with a working paper titled "Women and the New Republic" at the Sustainable Development Conference in Russia, the recent conference of the Communist Party of China in China, and the BRICS alliance conference in Russia.

The third path involved intellectual and research contributions, whether through commenting on events on numerous Egyptian and Arab channels, or through publishing insightful articles and analyses in major research journals issued by universities, research institutions, and think tanks, where she presented enlightened visions and in-depth analyses of current issues. This also includes her work as Secretary-General of the World Forum for Future Studies, a think tank and research center that has prepared numerous specialized studies under her supervision. These studies reflect her scientific accuracy and deep methodology in addressing various vital issues such as biological security and terrorism, empowering Upper Egypt women, organic fertilizer and the national economy, the role of digital technology in supporting productive families, new media and national belonging, the role of Egyptian women in various fields, Russian-African media cooperation, economic empowerment and human rights, the role of translation in cultural diplomacy within the BRICS framework, and a vision towards the future of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum.

Moreover, two significant contributions stand out in this path, representing a genuine addition to the Egyptian and Arab research scene in general. The first contribution was her issuance of the first report of its kind in the Arab region on China. She supervised the publication of an annual report titled "China in a Year," which provides in-depth analyses of Chinese affairs internally and externally, making it an important source for decision-makers in the Arab world as well as a valuable resource for researchers and media professionals in preparing their studies and research.

The second contribution combined science and politics for Rania Abou El-Kheir, resulting in a distinguished publication on one of the most sensitive files in the Egyptian political arena: the human rights file. Rania employed her studies and experiences in the field of human rights to issue the first human rights magazine by a political party, "Afaq Hoquqiyya" (Human Rights Horizons), where she held the position of editor-in-chief alongside her role as Secretary of the Central Human Rights Secretariat of the Homeland Protectors Party. In this research endeavor, she combined raising the voice of justice and truth on one hand, with highlighting the achievements and successes of the Egyptian state in this field on the other.

قصة نجاح فريدة وملهمة، بطلتها امرأة آمنت بأن العلم مفتاح التغيير، وأن الطموح لا يعرف قيود، وان العطاء سمة العلماء، وأن المستقبل رهنا بالمعارف والخبرات... رانيا حشمت أبو الخير، ابنة مصر البارة، بل جعلتها نقطة انطلاق نحو رحلة استثنائية، استفادت من دراستها العلمية النظرية وخبراتها العملية لتضيف إلى نشأتها العائلية بين الحفاظ على التقاليد والعادات المصرية الاصيلة والخبرات السياسية والتشريعية التي ورثتها عن والدها، فصنعت من كل هذا مزيجا متميزا أضحى نموذجا ملهما للمرأة المصرية والعربية الطموحة، فكانت لها بصماتها الواضحة على جميع ميادين عملها، وحققت إنجازات مشهودة في كل مجالات نشاطها. وما نسرده اليوم ليست مجرد سيرة ذاتية لامرأة مصرية، بل هي قصة شغف وعزيمة، قصة امرأة حولت أحلامها إلى واقع ملموس، لتخدم وطنها ومجتمعها بكل إخلاص وتفان.

انتقلت فيها رانيا من التحصيل العلمى والاكاديمى إلى الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة والمكثفة، حصلت على عديد الدورات والبرامج التأهيلية والمعرفية بدءا من مفاهيم الامن القومى ومجالاته. ومع شغفها بمثل هذه المجالات الأكثر ارتباطا بالواقع السياسى والامنى، استكملت مسيرتها في التوجه صوب الاكاديمية الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد، حيث حصلت على دورة متخصصة في الحوكمة ومكافحة الفساد هدفت منها إلى تعزيز معارفها وخبراتها في مجال الحكم الرشيد ومكافحة الفساد.

وارتباطا بهذا المجال الأكثر أهمية في عالم اليوم، سعت رانيا إلى تعزيز معارفها بمجال حقوق الانسان في مفهومها الاوسع، فحصلت على دورات تدريبية متخصصة في مجال حقوق الانسان في التغطية الصحفية من جانب احد الوكالات المتخصصة للأمم المتحدة في مجال حقوق الانسان.

ومن نافل القول إن شغف المعرفة والاطلاع حينما يهيمن على مدارك الانسان، يجعله أسير البحث والدراسة والتحصيل بشكل اكثر احترافا ومهنية، وهو ما ادركته رانيا أبو الخير فاتجهت إلى ان تثقل قدراتها بخبرات التحليل الاستراتيجي والعلمى، فحصلت على دورة في البحث العلمي ومهاراته ودورة أخرى فى تحليل المعلومات علي المستوي الاستراتيجي في الشأن الافريقي من جامعه القاهرة، مما عزز من قدرتها علي التحليل الاستراتيجي العميق للقضايا المختلفة بصفة عامة والقضايا الافريقية على وجه الخصوص.

رانيا أبو الخير ومسارات الانطلاقة العملية:

لم تكتف رانيا أبو الخير بما حصلته من معارف وعلوم، بل كانت تلك المرحلة التمهيدية والتأهيلية نقطة الانطلاق للمرحلة الأكثر واقعية في حياتها، وهى المرحلة التي حملت سمات عدة، منها: التنوع في الخبرات، والتعدد في المعارف، والتفرد في الشخصية، فانتقلت إلى الانطلاقة العملية، عبر ثلاث مسارات متوازية:

المسار الأول، تمثل في العمل الاستثمارى والتجارى، فسعت إلى تطبيق دراساتها ومعارفها النظرية في إدارة عديد الشركات التجارية والاستثمارية المصرية والدولية، لتنتقل إلى دورها كاستشاري لتنمية المشروعات والتخطيط الاستراتيجي بمجموعة ISPL في شرق أفريقيا، حيث تركت بصمة واضحة من عام 2018 إلى 2021. كما ساهمت بخبرتها كنائب رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة الرواد للخدمات الأمنية من عام 2019 إلى 2022.

المسار الثانى، تمثل في النشاط المجتمعى الذى شغل لب وقلب رانيا أبو الخير في التعاطى مع القضايا المجتمعية والإنسانية عبر تأسيسها ورئاستها لجمعية "صوت الخير" التي انطلقت كمنارة للأمل والعطاء، تقدم الدعم والرعاية للمحتاجين وتساهم في تنمية المجتمع في مختلف محافظات الجمهورية، فكان عطاءها بلا حدود ومعاونتها بلا قيود، ودعمها واسع الانتشار.

والحقيقة ان مشاركتها لم تقتصر فحسب على الفعاليات الوطنية، بل كان لها حضورا مميزا ومؤثرا في مؤتمرات وندوات دولية وإقليمية، و من أبرزهم على سبيل المثال المشاركة  القمة الروسية الأفريقية بورقة عمل للمنتدي الإعلامي الروسي الأفريقي بورقة عمل عن الفرص والتحديات التي تواجه التعاون في مجال الإعلام الروسي الأفريقي، عرضت ونوقشت أمام قادة ورؤساء الدول الأفريقية بالقمة رفيعة المستوى بين روسيا ودول أفريقيا.

كما قدمت رؤية مستقبلية في مؤتمر "أوزبكستان واليونسيف حول حماية ودمج الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وفي مؤتمر المركز العربي الأفريقي للإعلام والتنمية في موريتانيا قدمت دراسة بحثية عن المستقبل الأقتصاد  المصري الموريتاني ، وشاركت من ضمن ممثلين من ٧٠ دولة بورقة عمل بعنوان المرأة والجمهورية الجديدة بمؤتمر التنمية المستدامة في روسيا، والمؤتمر الأخير للحزب الشيوعي الصيني في الصين، ومؤتمر تحالف دول البريكس في روسيا .

المسار الثالث، الاسهامات الفكرية والبحثية، سواء من خلال التعليق على الأحداث في العديد من القنوات المصرية والعربية، أو من خلال نشر المقالات والتحليلات الثرية في كبرى المجلات البحثية الصادرة عن الجامعات والمؤسسات البحثية ومراكز الفكر، حيث قدمت رؤى مستنيرة وتحليلات عميقة للقضايا الراهنة، أو من خلال عملها امين عام للمنتدى العالمى للدراسات المستقبلية مركز فكرى وبحثى قام بإعداد العديد من الدراسات المتخصصة تحت إشرافها، والتي تعكس دقتها العلمية ومنهجيتها العميقة في تناول مختلف القضايا الحيوية مثل الأمن البيولوجي والارهاب، تمكين سيدات الصعيد، السماد العضوي والاقتصاد الوطنى، دور التقنية الرقمية في دعم الأسر المنتجة، الإعلام الجديد والانتماء الوطني، ودور المرأة المصرية في مختلف المجالات، والتعاون الإعلامي الروسي الأفريقي، والتمكين الاقتصادي وحقوق الإنسان، ودور الترجمة في الدبلوماسية الثقافية في إطار البريكس، ورؤية نحو المستقبل لمنتدى التعاون الصيني الأفريقي.

بل يذكر في هذا المسار بروز اسهامين مهمين مثلوا إضافة حقيقة للساحة البحثية المصرية بل والعربية على وجه العموم، تمثل الاسهام الأول في إصدارها لأول تقرير من نوعه يصدر في المنطقة العربية عن الصين، حيث أشرفت على اصدار تقرير سنوي بعنوان "الصين في عام"، حيث يقدم تحليلات عميقة عن الشأن الصينى داخليا وخارجيا، بما يجعله مصدرا مهما لصانعى القرار في العالم العربى وكذلك مصدرا مهما للباحثين والإعلاميين في اعداد دراساتهم وبحوثهم.

 اما الاسهام الثانى، فقد جمعت فيه رانيا أبو الخير بين العلم والسياسة ليصبح الإصدار المتميز عن ملف من اكثر الملفات حساسية في الساحة السياسية المصرية وهو ملف حقوق الانسان، إذ اقدم رانيا على توظيف دراساتها وخبراتها في مجال حقوق الانسان لتصدر أولى مجلة حقوقية عن حزب سياسى وهى مجلة آفاق حقوقية حيث تولت منصب رئيس تحرير المجلة إلى جانب منصبها أمين الأمانة المركزية لحقوق الانسان بحزب حماة الوطن، فقد جمعت في هذا العمل البحثى بين اعلاء صوت العدل والحق من جانب، وبين ابراز إنجازات الدولة المصرية ونجاحاتها في هذا المجال من جانب آخر.

رانيا أبو الخير وتكريم مستحق:

تقديرًا لجهودها وإنجازاتها المهمة والمميزة والملهمة، حصدت رانيا العديد من الجوائز القيمة، من بينها قلادة المرأة المصرية ضمن 50 امرأة الأكثر تأثيرًا في مصر، ودرع يوم المرأة العالمي، وشهادات تقدير لمشاركتها في المشروع الوطني الهام معركة الوعي والقارة السمراء، ودرع النجمة الذهبية في اليوم العالمي للإعاقة، شهادة تقدير على مشاركتها المتميزة في برنامج تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي العربي، درع التميز عن المشاركة في الإعداد للانتخابات الرئاسية عام 2024.
