تدرج الدكتور الشربيني في المناصب القيادية على مدار ربع قرن بكفاءة واقتدار، تاركا بصمته في مجالات حيوية مثل الخدمات المصرفية للشركات، وتطوير الأعمال، والخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية، وإدارة المخاطر، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي. وبلغت مسيرته ذروتها في منصب نائب أول للرئيس وعضو في المنتدى القيادي للبنك في الامارات العربيه المتحده.
