 تأسست Dr. WEEE كأول كيان مصري متكامل يعالج المخلفات الإلكترونية بمنهجية الاقتصاد الدائري. لم يكن الهدف مجرد جمع الخراطيش المستعملة وإعادة تعبئتها، بل تصميم التكنولوجيا اللازمة لذلك، وصناعة آلات خاصة بعمليات إعادة التصنيع، لتتحول الشركة إلى قوة دافعة للابتكار الصناعي في مصر.
