بدأت رحلة عبير بحصولها على ليسانس الآداب، قسم الفلسفة من جامعة الإسكندرية. هذا التكوين الفكري منحها أدوات التحليل و التفكير النقدي، وأرسى لديها قاعدة قوية لصياغة رؤيتها للحياة و العمل. لم تكتفِ بهذا القدر، بل تابعت مسيرتها العلمية بحصولها على دكتوراه مهنية في الصحافة و الإعلام من الأكاديمية الإنجليزية، و هو ما أضاف بعدًا جديدًا لمسيرتها الفكرية، حيث الجمع بين الفلسفة والإعلام في إطار واحد، يعكس قدرتها على المزج بين الفكر النظري و التطبيق العملي. كما درست في البرنامج الرئاسي الوطني لاستراتيجية تنمية القيادة الوطنية، مما أتاح لها الانخراط في برامج إعداد القادة، وعزز من قدراتها الإدارية و القيادية.

و لم يتوقف شغفها بالعلم عند هذا الحد، بل التحقت بعدد من الدورات المتخصصة في أكاديمية ناصر العسكرية، حيث درست التطور التكنولوجي و أثره على الأمن القومي، و صناعة القرار، و الدراسات الاستراتيجية و الأمن القومي. هذه الدورات زودتها برؤية شاملة لمسارات التنمية الوطنية و أهمية الأمن القومي كركيزة للاستقرار. أما في مجال تطوير رأس المال البشري، فقد حصلت على دبلومات متعددة في الإدارة و القيادة، إدارة الاجتماعات، العمل الجماعي، إلى جانب الإدارة المهنية لتطوير رأس المال البشري، و هو ما يعكس حرصها الدائم على صقل مهاراتها و توسيع آفاقها.

انطلقت عبير في مسيرتها العملية بخطوات ثابتة، سرعان ما أوصلتها إلى مواقع قيادية بارزة. فهي تشغل منصب رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة إيليت جايت للتدريب و التطوير و ريادة الأعمال، حيث قادت جهودًا واسعة في مجال التنمية البشرية و صناعة القادة الشباب. كما تولت مهام المالك و المدير التنفيذي للشركة، لتؤكد أن القيادة بالنسبة لها ليست مجرد منصب، بل مسؤولية تتطلب رؤية و إصرارًا. و إلى جانب ذلك، دعمت جمعية قلوب بيضاء للأعمال الخيرية لذوي الهمم، و هو ما يعكس التزامها العميق بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية و دعم الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا. كما ساهمت في إقامة أربع مؤتمرات متتالية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، هدفت إلى اكتشاف مواهب الأطفال و رعاية قدراتهم الخاصة، بحضور جهات معنية عديدة.

كما انخرطت في الحياة المدنية من خلال عضويتها في عدد من المؤسسات، مثل جمعية إيديا لريادة الأعمال، و أكاديمية قدرات للتدريب و الذكاء الاصطناعي، فضلًا عن عضويتها في الاتحاد المصري لرياضات الأقزام تحت التأسيس. أما في المجال الاجتماعي و الرياضي، فقد شغلت مواقع بارزة مثل سكرتير فخري في نادي "روتاري نيو العلمين"، ومديرة نادي "الإسكندرية ستانلي ليونز"، بالإضافة إلى عضويتها في لجنة البيئة بنادي "سموحة الرياضي" لمدة عامين متتاليين.

لم تكن أدوارها مجرد مناصب شرفية، بل انعكست على أرض الواقع من خلال مشاركات و إنجازات واسعة بامكانياتها الشخصية من خلال شركتها وبدون اي دعم خارجي او تبرعات . فقد عقدت بروتوكولات تعاون مع هيئة تعليم الكبار لفتح فصول لمحو الأمية، و أسهمت في تدريب الدارسين و منحهم شهادات معتمدة، و هو جهد وطني يرسخ قيم التنمية المستدامة. و في إطار جهودها لتعزيز التعليم و التنمية المجتمعية، عقدت عبير اتفاقًا مع الهيئة العامة لتعليم الكبار لفتح فصول محو أمية موجهة لأولياء أمور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة و المتسربين من التعليم. خطوة تعكس رؤيتها في الدمج المجتمعي و تمكين الأفراد بالمعرفة و المهارات لبناء حياة أفضل.

كما ساهمت في تنظيم فعاليات هامة، أبرزها المشاركة في برنامج "هو و هن" على قناة المحور لتعزيز الدمج المجتمعي، و ملتقى "بوصلة نجاح" بمدينة أبو قير، و تنظيم مبادرة "كتف في كتف" التي جمعت بين الدولة و المجتمع المدني، و تدشين أول دوري لقصار القامة بحضور وزير الشباب و الرياضة الدكتور أشرف صبحي، و المشاركة في ملتقى "الإسكندرية الدولي للتدريب" تحت رعاية منتدى التنمويين العرب، إلى جانب حضور الملتقى الواحد و العشرين للسيكودراما و الإشراف على لجنة تقصي الحقائق بالمقر الرئيسي لجمعيتها.

وعلى الصعيد الإنساني، انخرطت عبير في حملات متعددة لخدمة المجتمع، شملت حملات للتبرع بالدم، و التوعية الصحية للنساء، و المشاركة في مبادرة "حياة كريمة". كما حرصت على زيارة دور رعاية الأطفال و المسنين و تقديم الدعم للأسر الأكثر احتياجًا، و شاركت في جهود الإغاثة لمتضرري الفيضانات في أسوان و حلايب و شلاتين، بما في ذلك تسقيف المنازل و تقديم المساعدات العاجلة. و إلى جانب ذلك، أولت اهتمامًا خاصًا بمجال التنمية المستدامة، من خلال المشاركة في ورش عمل و مشاريع مدعومة من الاتحاد الأوروبي لتعزيز الابتكار و المشروعات الصغيرة، خاصة في مجال الاقتصاد الأخضر.

ولم تغفل عبير عن الاهتمام بالطفولة، إذ نظمت شركتها احتفالية كبرى تحت شعار "إذا أردت أن تبني مستقبلاً عظيمًا فعليك أن تبني طفلاً عظيمًا"، و أطلقت مسابقات دمج للأطفال ذوي الهمم مع أقرانهم في المدارس، إيمانًا منها بأن أطفال اليوم هم قادة الغد، و أن الاستثمار في الطفولة هو الاستثمار الحقيقي للمستقبل.

وإدراكًا منها لأهمية الإعلام في تشكيل الوعي ونشر الثقافة، لم تغفل عبيرعن استغلال المنصات الإعلامية لتوسيع نطاق تأثيرها. فقد كان لها العديد من اللقاءات والحوارات الصحفية والإذاعية التي تناولت فيها قضايا التنمية البشرية، وريادة الأعمال، والمسؤولية المجتمعية. كما شاركت بفعالية في العديد من البرامج التلفزيونية على قنوات مختلفة، مستثمرةً خلفيتها في الصحافة والإعلام لتقديم محتوى هادف.

ومن خلال الاذاعه مدّت يدها مباشرةً إلى نبض الشارع من خلال برنامجها الإذاعي الناجح "حلقة وصل" على إذاعة حكايتنا. لقد كان هذا البرنامج بمثابة منبر حقيقي، يجسّد اسمه، فهو حلقة وصل قوية ومباشرة بين المسؤول والمواطن.

في كل حلقة، تفتح عبير ملفات القضايا الأكثر إلحاحًا المطروحة على الساحة، مستمعةً بانفتاح ومهنية لمشاكل الناس. كان هدفها دائمًا لا يقتصر على مجرد العرض، بل كانت تسعى بكل طاقتها لإيجاد حلول ملموسة، موصلةً صوت المواطن بوضوح وصدق إلى صانعي القرار والمسؤولين، ليصبح برنامجها علامة فارقة في تخفيف الأعباء عن كاهل المستمعين وتحقيق تفاعل إيجابي بنّاء بين الدولة والمجتمع.

When true success is mentioned, it is not only measured by an individual's personal achievements but by the lasting impact they leave on the lives of others. It is from this perspective that the value of human experiences dedicated to serving society and building a better future shines. This is what the journey of Abeer Nassar embodies, a journey where her steps on the path of knowledge and action became the beginning of a relentless voyage defined by giving and determination.

Abeer's journey began with her obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Alexandria University. This intellectual foundation provided her with the tools for analysis and critical thinking, establishing a strong base for formulating her vision for life and work. She did not stop there but continued her academic pursuit by earning a Professional Doctorate in Journalism and Media from the English Academy. This added a new dimension to her intellectual career, merging philosophy and media within one framework, reflecting her ability to blend theoretical thought with practical application. She also studied in the National Presidential Program for National Leadership Development Strategy, which allowed her to engage in leadership preparation programs and enhanced her managerial and leadership capabilities.

Her passion for knowledge did not stop there; she enrolled in several specialized courses at the Nasser Military Academy, where she studied technological development and its impact on national security, decision-making, strategic studies, and national security. These courses provided her with a comprehensive vision of national development paths and the importance of national security as a pillar of stability. In the field of human capital development, she obtained multiple diplomas in management and leadership, meeting management, teamwork, in addition to professional management for human capital development, which reflects her constant dedication to refining her skills and expanding her horizons.

Abeer launched her professional career with steady steps that quickly led her to prominent leadership positions. She serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Elite Gate for Training, Development, and Entrepreneurship, where she led extensive efforts in the field of human development and the making of young leaders. She also undertook the roles of Owner and Executive Director of the company, affirming that leadership for her is not merely a position, but a responsibility demanding vision and determination. Alongside this, she supported the White Hearts Charity Association for people of determination (those with special needs), reflecting her deep commitment to social responsibility and supporting the most vulnerable groups. She also contributed to establishing four consecutive conferences for people of special needs, aiming to discover children's talents and care for their special abilities, with the attendance of numerous concerned entities.

She also engaged in civic life through her membership in a number of institutions, such as the Idea Association for Entrepreneurship, the Qudurat Academy for Training and Artificial Intelligence, in addition to her membership in the Egyptian Union for Dwarf Sports (under establishment). In the social and sports fields, she held prominent positions such as Honorary Secretary in the "Rotary New Alamein" Club, and Director of the "Alexandria Stanley Lions" Club, in addition to her membership in the Environment Committee at the "Smouha Sporting Club" for two consecutive years.

Her roles were not merely honorary positions but were reflected on the ground through extensive participation and achievements using her personal capabilities through her company, without any external support or donations. She signed cooperation protocols with the Adult Education Authority to open illiteracy eradication classes, contributed to training the learners, and granted them accredited certificates—a national effort that reinforces the values of sustainable development.

As part of her efforts to enhance education and community development, Abeer signed an agreement with the General Authority for Adult Education to open illiteracy eradication classes targeting parents of people of special needs and those who dropped out of education. This step reflects her vision for social inclusion and empowering individuals with knowledge and skills to build a better life.

She also contributed to organizing important events, most notably participating in the "He and She" program on Al-Mehwar Channel to promote social inclusion, the "Compass of Success" Forum in Abu Qir city, organizing the "Shoulder-to-Shoulder" initiative which brought together the state and civil society, launching the first league for short-statured people with the attendance of the Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, and participating in the "Alexandria International Training Forum" under the patronage of the Arab Developers Forum, in addition to attending the twenty-first Psychodrama Forum and supervising the Fact-Finding Committee at the headquarters of her association.

On the humanitarian front, Abeer was involved in multiple campaigns to serve the community, including blood donation campaigns, health awareness for women, and participation in the "Decent Life" (Hayah Karima) initiative. She was keen to visit children's and elderly care homes and provide support to the neediest families, and she participated in relief efforts for flood victims in Aswan, Halayeb, and Shalateen, including roofing houses and providing urgent aid. Alongside this, she gave special attention to the field of sustainable development by participating in workshops and projects supported by the European Union to promote innovation and small projects, especially in the green economy sector.

Abeer did not neglect her interest in childhood, as her company organized a grand celebration under the slogan "If you want to build a great future, you must build a great child," and launched inclusion competitions for children of determination with their peers in schools, believing that the children of today are the leaders of tomorrow, and that investing in childhood is the real investment for the future.

Recognizing the importance of media in shaping awareness and spreading culture, Abeer did not fail to utilize media platforms to expand her scope of influence. She had numerous interviews and press and radio dialogues where she addressed issues of human development, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility. She also actively participated in many television programs on different channels, utilizing her background in journalism and media to present meaningful content.

In these programs, Abeer focused on raising awareness about important social issues, such as women's empowerment, the inclusion of people of determination, and the necessity of strategic thinking in development paths. Her media participations contributed to spreading her message about the importance of sustainable development and humanitarian work, motivating individuals and institutions to seriously engage in serving the community and creating a positive impact. This media presence is an extension of her vision that combines thought, action, and effective communication.

Through the radio, she extended her hand directly to the pulse of the street through her successful radio program, "Halaket Wasl" (Connecting Link), on Hikayatna Radio. This program served as a true platform, embodying its name, as it was a strong and direct connecting link between the official and the citizen. In every episode, Abeer openly and professionally addressed the most pressing issues on the scene, listening to people's problems. Her goal was always not limited to mere presentation; she sought with all her might to find tangible solutions, clearly and truthfully conveying the citizen's voice to decision-makers and officials, making her program a distinctive mark in alleviating the burdens on listeners and achieving a constructive, positive interaction between the state and society.

Abeer Nassar, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Elite Gate for Training and Entrepreneurship, was honored with the title "The Impact Maker"  during the Community Diplomacy Forum, with the participation of ten Arab countries, in a major Arab celebration that gathered symbols of public and community work from ten Arab countries. She was granted the title "The Impact Maker" in appreciation of her pioneering role and distinguished contributions in supporting issues of human development, women's empowerment, and people with special abilities.

The honor came in an atmosphere of pride and appreciation, confirming the prestigious position Abeer holds at both the Egyptian and Arab levels, for the qualitative initiatives and conferences she has presented that aim to establish the concept of social inclusion and promote the values of humanity and solidarity.

Abeer expressed her happiness with this Arab honor, emphasizing that the title represents a badge of appreciation and a message of responsibility to continue serving people and society, and that Egypt will always remain a beacon of giving and positive influence in its Arab surroundings.

The forum was attended by an elite group of public figures, ambassadors, and representatives of community institutions from Arab countries, who praised Egypt's pioneering role in supporting humanitarian and community diplomacy.
