 إنها قصة نجاح لا تُروى بل تُلهم. قصة امرأة بدأت من التعليم الفرنسي المتقن، وانطلقت عبر بوابات كبرى الشركات العالمية، لتصل إلى قيادة مؤسسات وطنية تستهدف بناء اقتصاد قائم على الابتكار والمعرفة. رحلة سارة هي تجسيد حيّ لمعنى التميز المتواصل، والتطور الذاتي، والعمل من أجل وطن يستحق الأفضل.

 درست سارة في مدارس الفرنسيسكان ثم في الليسيه ، قبل أن تنال درجة الليسانس من كلية الآداب، قسم اللغة الفرنسية، جامعة القاهرة. منذ البداية، كانت رؤيتها واضحة: المزج بين الثقافة، واللغة، والمعرفة الدولية لصناعة مستقبل مهني فريد.

لم تكتفِ سارة بالليسانس، بل تابعت رحلتها الأكاديمية ونالت في عام 2024 درجة الماجستير في الملكية الفكرية من المعهد القومي للملكية الفكرية بجامعة حلوان، في إنجاز يعكس فهمها العميق للعلاقة الحيوية بين الاقتصاد المعرفي والتجارة العالمية.

هذا الإنجاز الأكاديمي المتقدم لم يكن مجرد شهادة، بل كان تتويجاً لسنوات من البحث والدراسة المعمقة في مجال حيوي يربط بين الابتكار والتجارة العالمية. فقد أدركت سارة مبكراً أن المستقبل لن يكون للدول التي تملك الموارد الطبيعية فحسب، بل للتي تستطيع حماية وتطوير أصولها المعرفية والفكرية.

انطلقت سارة في رحلتها المهنية فعملت وكيلة خدمات في المطار مع الخطوط الجوية الفرنسية، وهنا بدأت تتشكل شخصيتها المهنية المتميزة. لم تكن تعلم حينها أن هذه التجربة ستكون النواة الأولى لفهمها العميق لمتطلبات الخدمة الدولية، قدمت سارة خدمة عملاء ممتازة لركاب الخطوط الجوية الفرنسية، وساعدتهم في مختلف المشكلات المتعلقة بالأمتعة والرحلات. كما قامت بتنسيق العمليات مع موظفي المطار وشركات الطيران الأخرى لضمان سلاسة التشغيل.

انتقلت بعدها للعمل في شركة أورانج  قسم دعم عملاء شمال أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط، مركز خدمات العملاء العالمي، كانت سارة مسؤولة عن إدارة تفاعلات العملاء، إنشاء تذاكر الدعم، وتنسيق حل المشكلات مع المهندسين. كما تولت مسؤولية طلب وتتبع الأجزاء والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لتفاعلات العملاء.

لكن الإنجاز الحقيقي جاء مع انضمامها لشركة أوراكل مصر وعملت في الدعم التقني ، حيث قضت تسع سنوات استثنائية من عام 2006 إلى 2015. خلال هذه الفترة، لم تكن مجرد موظفة، بل كانت قائدة حقيقية تدير فرقاً كاملة وتضع استراتيجيات خدمة العملاء. نجحت في إنشاء أنظمة عمل متطورة وتدريب فرق عمل محترفة، أدارت سارة حسابات العملاء وأشرفت على وصولهم لمنتجات أوراكل، وقادت فريقًا من مديري المستخدمين. 

تضمنت مهامها تحديد أهداف الفريق، تطوير السياسات والإجراءات، وتقديم التدريب والتوجيه المستمر لأعضاء الفريق. 

التحول الاستراتيجي نحو التنمية الدولية في عام 2016، اتخذت سارة قراراً جريئاً غير مسار حياتها المهنية بالكامل. انتقلت للعمل في مشروع إصلاح التعليم والتدريب التقني والمهني بمصر، وهو مشروع ممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي، كأخصائية أول في المتابعة والتقييم. هذا القرار كان نقطة تحول حاسمة، حيث دخلت عالم التنمية الدولية بكل تعقيداته وتحدياته. 

خلال عامين من العمل الجاد، تخصصت سارة في تصميم وتطبيق أطر عمل المراقبة والتقييم، وإدارة جمع البيانات وتحليلها، وتطوير أنظمة إدارة المعلومات. كما قدمت مساعدة فنية في مجال المراقبة والتقييم وقادت مبادرات بناء القدرات لضمان دمج النتائج في تصميم البرامج والمشاريع. . كما قادت برامج تدريبية شاملة لبناء قدرات الفرق المحلية، وأسهمت في وضع معايير جديدة للتقييم في المشاريع الأوروبية.

تقديراً لكفاءتها الاستثنائية وقدرتها على التعامل مع التحديات المعقدة، تم ترقيتها في عام 2018 إلى منصب مسؤولة الشؤون الخارجية والعلاقات العامة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي في نفس المشروع. في هذا المنصب الحساس، أصبحت الوجه الدبلوماسي للمشروع أمام المسؤولين الأوروبيين، وطورت شبكة علاقات قوية مع صناع القرار في بروكسل والعواصم الأوروبية.

 في أكتوبر 2019، جاء التتويج الحقيقي لمسيرة سارة المهنية بتعيينها مديراً تنفيذياً للمجلس التصديري للطباعة والتغليف والورق  التابع لوزارة الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية. هذا المنصب الاستراتيجي وضعها في موقع المسؤولية المباشرة عن تطوير واحد من أهم القطاعات الاقتصادية في مصر.

تحت قيادتها، شهد المجلس نقلة نوعية في أدائه وإنجازاته. طورت استراتيجيات مبتكرة لزيادة الصادرات المصرية، ونجحت في بناء شراكات استراتيجية مع المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة. كما قادت حملات تسويقية دولية، ونظمت معارض تجارية متخصصة، وأسست برامج تدريبية للمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة. تشمل مسؤولياتها أيضًا الإشراف على الميزانيات، إدارة الموظفين، وبناء علاقات قوية مع الشركاء والمانحين لضمان نمو الصادرات

إنجازاتها في هذا المنصب تجاوزت الأرقام والإحصائيات. فقد نجحت في تغيير النظرة الدولية للمنتجات المصرية في هذا القطاع، وفتحت أسواقاً جديدة في أوروبا وأفريقيا وآسيا. كما طورت أنظمة حديثة للمتابعة والتقييم، وأسست قواعد بيانات متقدمة لرصد اتجاهات السوق العالمية.

 لم تكتف سارة بالنجاح في مناصبها الرسمية، بل امتد تأثيرها ليشمل مجالات أخرى. أسست ممارسة استشارية متخصصة في التصدير وحقوق الملكية الفكرية، وأصبحت مرجعاً للشركات المصرية الساعية للدخول في الأسواق الدولية.

 في مجال التسويق الرقمي، حصلت على شهادة التسويق الرقمي المتقدم من منصة يوداسيتي العالمية، مما مكنها من قيادة الحملات التسويقية الدولية بكفاءة عالية. كما أتمت دورة متخصصة في الدراسات الاستراتيجية والأمن القومي من الكلية الحربية ناصر، مما أضاف بعداً استراتيجياً مهماً لرؤيتها في مجال التجارة الدولية.

 لم تغفل سارة أهمية تطوير المهارات الشخصية والقيادية، فحصلت على شهادات متخصصة في إدارة المشاريع والتفاوض وإدارة المواقف الصعبة والتواصل الفعال من معاهد ديل كارنيجي وهارفارد منتور مانجر، وهي من أرقى المؤسسات التدريبية في العالم. هذه الشهادات المتنوعة والمتخصصة عكست حرصها على التميز في جميع جوانب العمل القيادي.

Sara studied at the Franciscan schools and then at the Lycée, before earning her Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Arts, French Language Department, Cairo University. From the beginning, her vision was clear: blending culture, language, and international knowledge to create a unique professional future.

Sara did not stop at her Bachelor's degree; she continued her academic journey and in 2024 obtained a Master's degree in Intellectual Property from the National Institute of Intellectual Property at Helwan University, an achievement that reflects her deep understanding of the vital relationship between the knowledge economy and global trade. 

This advanced academic achievement was not just a certificate; it was a culmination of years of in-depth research and study in a vital field linking innovation and global trade. Sara realized early on that the future would not be for countries that only possess natural resources, but for those that can protect and develop their knowledge and intellectual assets.

Sara embarked on her professional journey, working as a service agent at the airport with Air France, where her distinctive professional personality began to form. She did not know then that this experience would be the first nucleus of her deep understanding of international service requirements. Sara provided excellent customer service to Air France passengers, assisting them with various problems related to luggage and flights. She also coordinated operations with airport staff and other airlines to ensure smooth operations.

She then moved to Orange, working in the North Africa and Middle East Customer Support Department, Global Customer Service Center. Sara was responsible for managing customer interactions, creating support tickets, and coordinating problem resolution with engineers. She also took responsibility for ordering and tracking parts and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

But the real achievement came with her joining Oracle Egypt, where she worked in technical support, spending nine exceptional years from 2006 to 2015. During this period, she was not just an employee, but a true leader managing entire teams and setting customer service strategies. She succeeded in establishing advanced work systems and training professional work teams. Sara managed customer accounts and oversaw their access to Oracle products, and led a team of user managers. Her responsibilities included setting team goals, developing policies and procedures, and providing continuous training and guidance to team members.

The Strategic Shift Towards International Development In 2016, Sara made a bold decision that completely changed her career path. She moved to work on the TVET Reform Project in Egypt, an EU-funded project, as a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. This decision was a crucial turning point, as she entered the world of international development with all its complexities and challenges. 

During two years of hard work, Sara specialized in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, managing data collection and analysis, and developing information management systems. She also provided technical assistance in monitoring and evaluation and led capacity building initiatives to ensure the integration of results into program and project design. She also led comprehensive training programs to build the capacities of local teams, and contributed to setting new evaluation standards for European projects. 

In recognition of her exceptional efficiency and ability to handle complex challenges, she was promoted in 2018 to the position of External Affairs and Public Relations Officer with the European Union in the same project. In this sensitive position, she became the diplomatic face of the project before European officials, and developed a strong network of relationships with decision-makers in Brussels and European capitals. 

In October 2019, the true culmination of Sara's professional journey came with her appointment as Executive Director of the Export Council for Printing, Packaging and Paper, affiliated with the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade. This strategic position placed her in a position of direct responsibility for the development of one of the most important economic sectors in Egypt.

Under her leadership, the Council witnessed a qualitative leap in its performance and achievements. She developed innovative strategies to increase Egyptian exports, and succeeded in building strategic partnerships with government and private institutions. She also led international marketing campaigns, organized specialized trade fairs, and established training programs for small and medium enterprises. Her responsibilities also include overseeing budgets, managing staff, and building strong relationships with partners and donors to ensure export growth.

Her achievements in this position went beyond numbers and statistics. She succeeded in changing the international perception of Egyptian products in this sector, and opened new markets in Europe, Africa, and Asia. She also developed modern monitoring and evaluation systems, and established advanced databases to monitor global market trends. 

Sara did not content herself with success in her official positions; her influence extended to other areas. She established a specialized consulting practice in export and intellectual property rights, becoming a reference for Egyptian companies seeking to enter international markets. 

She distinguished herself by her active participation in international conferences and economic forums, where she offered her expertise and experience for the benefit of the Egyptian economy. She also keen on continuously developing her capabilities by obtaining specialized certificates from prestigious international institutions such as the American University in Cairo and the International Finance Corporation. 

What truly distinguishes Sara is her firm belief in the necessity of continuous development and lifelong learning. Throughout her professional journey, she has been keen on acquiring the latest knowledge and skills through specialized training programs from the most prestigious international institutions.

In the field of digital marketing, she obtained an Advanced Digital Marketing certificate from the global Udacity platform, which enabled her to lead international marketing campaigns with high efficiency. She also completed a specialized course in Strategic Studies and National Security from Nasser Military Academy, which added an important strategic dimension to her vision in the field of international trade.

Sara did not overlook the importance of developing personal and leadership skills. She obtained specialized certificates in project management, negotiation, difficult situation management, and effective communication from Dale Carnegie and Harvard Mentor Manager institutes, which are among the most prestigious training institutions in the world.
