رحلة شغف لا يتوقف... الاعلامية زيرالدا حداد... التي اضاءت الشاشة بعمقها المعرفي

حين ينظر المرء إلى مسيرة الإعلامية الأردنية زيرالدا الحداد، يكتشف أن قصتها ليست مجرد انتقال من وظيفة إلى أخرى، بل هي بناء متواصل لشخصية إعلامية متكاملة. من مقاعد الدراسة في عمّان إلى قاعات الجامعات الأمريكية، و من قاعات التحرير إلى استوديوهات البث المباشر، خطّت خطواتها بثبات، و لم تسمح للتحديات أن توقفها أو تثني عزيمتها.

بعد حصولها علي البكالوريوس، قررت أن تغوص أكثر في عالم الثقافة و السياسة، فالتحقت بالجامعة الأردنية لدراسة الماجستير في الدراسات الأمريكية، تحديدا لدراسات عن سياسات الولايات المتحدة الداخلية والخارجية وبخاصة في المنطقة العربية. و هنا، لم تكتفِ بالكتب و المراجع، بل جعلت من دراستها وسيلة لفهم الآخر، لفهم التاريخ و السياسة، و حتى فهم كيف يتشكل الرأي العام. سنوات من الجهد المتواصل صنعت منها شخصية باحثة دقيقة النظرة، قادرة على ربط الأحداث الكبيرة بخلفياتها العميقة.

و بينما كانت تسعى إلى التوسع في آفاقها، اختارت أن تخوض تجربة جديدة تمامًا، فسافرت إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية و التحقت بجامعة إلينوي الحكومية ، حيث حصلت على درجة الماجستير في الاتصال الجماهيري. هنا تحديدًا، اكتشفت زيرالدا الجسر الذي يربط بين شغفها بالثقافة و اللغة و بين شغفها الناشئ بالإعلام. لقد كان ذلك المزيج بين التكوين الأكاديمي العميق و فنون الاتصال هو ما سيحدد ملامح مسيرتها القادمة.

رحلتها العملية بدأت بخطوات متواضعة لكن ثابتة.  انطلقت في الولايات المتحدة مع"Dalkey Archive Press" حيث عملت كباحثة في الرواية العربية . 

ثم عادت الإعلامية زيرالدا إلى الأردن و هي تحمل خبرات واسعة، لتبدأ مرحلة التدريس الأكاديمي في جامعة "NYIT" فرع الأردن.  ألقت المحاضرات في منهجية البحث ومواد في التاريخ السياسي ، و لم تكن مجرد أستاذة جامعية، بل معلمة تنقل لطلابها شغفها بالفهم العميق و البحث الجاد.

لكن قلبها كان يحن دومًا إلى الشاشة. عام 2009، دخلت عالم الإعلام المرئي عبر قناة "Alan TV" في الإمارات، حيث ظهرت كمقدمة أخبار مباشرة . لم يكن الأمر سهلًا، فالتعامل مع الكاميرا و الجمهور يحتاج إلى حضور خاص، لكنها امتلكت تلك القدرة على الجمع بين الرصانة و الدفء، بين الصدق و الاحتراف. 

ثم، انتقلت إلى قناة "Dubai TV"، و هناك واصلت تقديم الأخبار ، قبل أن تنتقل إلى قناة "Madar TV" أبوظبي. و مع كل محطة جديدة، كانت تزداد خبرة و ثقة، و تتعلم أن الإعلام ليس مجرد نقل للخبر، بل هو مسؤولية تجاه الجمهور.

عام 2017 كان بداية فصل جديد في مسيرتها، حين التحقت بقناة "AL Mamlakeh  TV" في الأردن، لتصبح واحدة من أبرز الوجوه الإعلامية على شاشتها. قناة المملكة لم تكن مجرد مكان عمل، بل فضاء أتاحت لها أن تنضج مهنيًا أكثر، و تقدم أفضل ما لديها أمام ملايين المشاهدين.

و ما بين هذه التجارب، لم تغفل الإعلامية زيرالدا عن أهمية التدريب و صقل المهارات. حيث شاركت في دورة تدريبية بإحدى المحطات المحلية في الولايات المتحدة (Channel 2)، ثم التحقت بدورة أخرى في التلفزيون الأردني. كانت تدرك أن الإعلام يتطور باستمرار، و أن النجاح يحتاج إلى تحديث دائم للمهارات.

ولم تكتفِ بمنصات الإعلام التقليدية، بل واكبت التطور التكنولوجي بخطوات واثقة، حيث أدركت أهمية التواصل المباشر مع الجمهور في العصر الرقمي. أسست قناتها الخاصة على يوتيوب، لتصبح هذه المنصة امتدادًا لشغفها المعرفي، ففتحت من خلالها نافذة لإجراء حوارات معمقة مع أهم الشخصيات الأردنية، مقدمة محتوىً يجمع بين الرصانة الصحفية والقرب من قضايا الناس، لتُثبت أن الشغف بالمعرفة لا يتوقف عند حدود الشاشة الصغيرة بل يمتد إلى فضاء السوشيال ميديا الواسع.

ما يجعل قصتها ملهمة حقًا هو ذلك التوازن بين العمق الأكاديمي و الخبرة العملية، بين المثابرة و الإبداع، بين البحث عن المعرفة و السعي لتقديمها للآخرين. لقد أثبتت أن المرأة العربية قادرة على أن تكون باحثة جادة، معلمة مُلهمة، و إعلامية مؤثرة في الوقت ذاته.

After obtaining her Bachelor's degree, she decided to delve deeper into the world of culture and politics, so she joined the University of Jordan to study for a Master's degree in American Studies, specifically to study the internal and external policies of the United States, especially in the Arab region. And here, she did not suffice with books and references, but made her study a means of understanding the other, understanding history and politics, and even understanding how public opinion is formed. Years of continuous effort forged her into a meticulous researcher, capable of linking major events to their deep backgrounds.

And while she was seeking to expand her horizons, she chose to embark on a completely new experience, traveling to the United States of America and joining Illinois State University, where she obtained a Master's degree in Mass Communication. It was here, specifically, that Zeralda discovered the bridge connecting her passion for culture and language with her emerging passion for media. That combination of deep academic formation and the arts of communication was what would define the features of her upcoming career.

Her professional journey began with modest but steady steps. She started in the United States with "Dalkey Archive Press" where she worked as a researcher in the Arab novel.

Then, the media personality Zeralda returned to Jordan carrying extensive experience, to begin the academic teaching phase at the "NYIT" branch in Jordan. She gave lectures in research methodology and subjects in political history, and she was not just a university professor, but a teacher who conveyed her passion for deep understanding and serious research to her students.

But her heart always yearned for the screen.

 In 2009, she entered the world of visual media via "Alan TV" in the UAE, where she appeared as a live news presenter. It was not easy, as dealing with the camera and the audience requires a special presence, but she possessed that ability to combine sobriety and warmth, sincerity and professionalism.

Then, she moved to "Dubai TV," and there she continued presenting the news, before moving to "Madar TV" in Abu Dhabi. And with every new station, she gained more experience and confidence, and learned that media is not just about transmitting news, but a responsibility towards the audience.

The year 2017 was the beginning of a new chapter in her career, when she joined "AL Mamlakeh TV" in Jordan, to become one of the most prominent media faces on its screen. Al Mamlakeh TV was not just a workplace, but a space that allowed her to mature professionally even more, and to offer her best in front of millions of viewers.

And between these experiences, the media personality Zeralda did not overlook the importance of training and honing skills. She participated in a training course at a local station in the United States (Channel 2), then joined another course at Jordanian Television. She realized that media is constantly evolving, and that success requires a continuous update of skills.

She did not limit herself to traditional media platforms, but kept pace with technological development with confident steps, realizing the importance of direct communication with the audience in the digital age. She established her own YouTube channel, to make this platform an extension of her intellectual passion, opening a window through it for in-depth dialogues with the most important Jordanian figures, presenting content that combines journalistic sobriety and closeness to people's issues, proving that the passion for knowledge does not stop at the limits of the small screen but extends to the vast space of social media.

She proved that the Arab woman is capable of being a serious researcher, an inspiring teacher, and an influential media personality at the same time.
