A Distinguished Professional beginning
Nashwa Abou El-Ala began her media career at MBC Group, where she worked on producing and preparing influential programs focused on women's issues. She recognized early on that media was not just a profession but a tool for social change.
A Successful Experience with Rotana
She later moved to Rotana Group, where she co-hosted the program Ezz El Shabab. Over four years, the program addressed youth issues, achieved great success, and won several awards, further solidifying Nashwa’s position in the media industry.
Leadership in Public Relations
She became the Executive Director and Managing Partner of Solutions Factory, a public relations and communications company. She focused on enhancing corporate social responsibility, believing that success is not just about profit but also about supporting the community.
One of her notable achievements was the Ainak Fi Aina campaign for Orchidia Pharmaceutical Industries, which helped expand the company’s reach and strengthen its collaboration with government entities and civil society.
Balancing Work and Family
As a mother and businesswoman, Nashwa faced challenges in balancing her professional and personal life. She managed her time effectively with the support of her family, turning difficulties into opportunities for growth and success.
Supporting Women and Entrepreneurship
She participated as a speaker at She Can and contributed to sessions of the Middle East Businesswomen’s Club in collaboration with UNIDO and the Union for the Mediterranean. These initiatives focused on supporting women-led startups and promoting environmental sustainability.
She also took part in the Sokar Barra initiative to raise awareness about diabetes and served as a jury member for Egypt Little Queen 2024 and Egypt & Arab Little Queen 2025 competitions.
Continuous Skill Development and Education
Nashwa pursued skill development by enrolling at the National Training Academy under the Presidency of Egypt, enhancing her expertise in media and sustainable development.
She also underwent field training at the Ministry of Industry, where she attended meetings with Minister Kamel El-Wazir and visited affiliated entities, gaining deeper insights into industrial and economic challenges.
Presence in Economic Conferences
She participated in the 17th Ministerial Meeting chaired by Kamel El-Wazir, attended the 11th Akhbar Al-Youm Economic Conference, and joined the Egypt Business Solutions Summit, where she contributed to discussions on SMEs and sustainability.
She was also selected to represent the Chair of the session for the National Council for Women Simulation Model and successfully moderated the session.

This prestigious event was attended by prominent figures, including Dr. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, Counselor Amal Ammar, President of the National Council for Women, and Dr. Nesreen El-Baghdadi, Vice President of the National Council for Women. The National Council for Women is a renowned organization that aims to empower women and promote gender equality in Egypt.
