From the University of Mansoura, where the spark of his passion for justice ignited, to the summit of judicial union work, Counselor Mohamed Abdel Mohsen wove the threads of a unique professional journey.

 

His professional life was not merely a series of positions, but a journey of passion for justice, which began from the study halls of Mansoura University, to reach the pinnacle of the judiciary and the leadership of its ancient edifice.

 

In 1987, Mansoura University witnessed the birth of a star that shone in the sky of law, a young man who graduated from the Faculty of Law carrying in his heart a passion for achieving justice. He began his career as an Assistant Public Prosecutor in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, where he wholeheartedly engaged in defending rights and establishing the scales of justice for many years. Then, his legal journey extended to Gharbia Governorate, witnessing new chapters of his sacred battles in the courts of justice. That period was the starting point for a judicial career rich in sincerity, dedication, and successes, the story of a young man who dedicated his life to be a sword of justice and a shield for the oppressed.

 

Counselor Mohamed Abdel Mohsen progressed through various judicial positions, from a young judge to a counselor with extensive experience and a Deputy President of the Court of Cassation. In every position he held, he left a clear mark of diligence and integrity, adhering to his living conscience and the oath he swore.

 

The corridors of the courts witnessed his wisdom and justice, and his insistence on achieving justice no matter the challenges. The walls of the courts witnessed decisions that shook the pillars of injustice and judgments that restored rights to its rightful place. In 1995, he was elected as a member of the board of directors of the Mansoura Judges' Club and held the position of the club's agent, announcing the birth of a bold voice seeking to empower the judges of rights.

 

With his transfer to work in Cairo, his passion for union work continued to grow. He saw in the Judges' Club not just a place for social gatherings, but the fortress that protects the independence of the judiciary and the dignity of its members, the platform that elevates their capabilities and strengthens their bonds, and the incubator for developing the abilities of its members and enhancing communication among them.

 

Thus, he decided to run for the presidency of the club in 2016, driven by a clear vision and boundless ambition. Counselor Mohamed Abdel Mohsen took upon himself the task of renewing the ranks of the Judges' Club, entering the elections at the head of the "Youth of Judges" list and winning.

 

His victory in the presidency of the Judges' Club was not just an electoral triumph, but a culmination of a professional career full of achievements, a sincere whisper of appreciation, and a certificate of confidence from the judicial masses who believed in him and their causes. It was a precious trust, and Counselor Mohamed Abdel Mohsen, with his insightful vision and firm determination, from the moment his feet touched the ground of responsibility, the wheel of change and development in the club was set in motion with force and stability, heralding a new dawn.

 

And it did not stop there! Rather, it went beyond that to become a legend recounted in the club's corridors, as he garnered the highest number of votes in three consecutive electoral cycles, achieving a precedent unprecedented in the club's history.

 

He is truly an exceptional leader who inspired the judicial masses and laid the foundations for a true renaissance in the Judges' Club.

 

His ambitious vision was transformed into a tangible reality, as the club witnessed an unprecedented urban renaissance. The building was no longer just a traditional place, but was transformed into a unique architectural edifice, bearing a unique architectural style that combines authenticity and sophistication. It combines the heritage of the past and the aspirations of the future, providing a dignified environment for judges and club members.

 

His achievements did not stop at the material aspect. Counselor Abdel Mohsen realized that the well-being of judges and their families is the foundation of their ability to perform their lofty mission and the key to their creativity. Therefore, he worked diligently to develop the social, medical, and cultural services provided by the club, to include a wide umbrella of care and support.

 

In official forums, his presence was strong and influential. He bravely defended the independence of the judiciary and its lofty dignity, emphasizing its pivotal role in building a state of law and protecting rights and freedoms. His voice expressed the views of the judicial masses, demanding the provision of a suitable environment for their work and appreciation for their vital role in the flourishing of rights and justice.

 

On the internal level of the club, the Counselor succeeded in achieving what seemed difficult: uniting the ranks of judges and rejecting disputes. He established a culture of cooperation and joint work, transforming the club into a cohesive family striving towards one goal: the elevation of the Egyptian judiciary.

 

Among the achievements made during the tenure of Counselor Mohamed Abdel Mohsen, President of the Judges' Club of Egypt, are the establishment of the City of Justice in the New Administrative Capital, the appointment of women in the Public Prosecution and the State Council, believing in the importance of the role and status of women, and the Judges' Club project for developing the litigation system.

 

In the international arena of justice, where the echoes of demands for freedom resonate, the Judges' Club had its resounding voice, defending Egypt before the United Nations Human Rights Council.

 

And in another battle of no less importance, the club firmly confronted the chaos of judicial titles.

 

The national stances of the club president were not limited to the arenas of justice and law, but extended to include the major issues of the nation, including the crisis of the ship stuck in the navigational channel of the Suez Canal.

 

In the human rights file, the club's voice was always present, demanding more guarantees and freedoms, and emphasizing that Egypt is moving steadily towards consolidating the rule of law. 

 

The Judges' Club was among those who welcomed the abolition of the state of emergency.

 

The club did not neglect its original role and competencies, defending the independence of the judiciary and the rights of its members, and emphasizing its position as a fortress of justice and a protector of rights and freedoms.

 

He received many honors in recognition of his career. The Egyptian Society for Political Economy, Statistics and Legislation honored him on the occasion of his secondment to the Court of Cassation in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

 

These achievements were not accidental, but the result of diligent work, a clear vision, and a superior ability to lead and communicate. 

 

Therefore, it was not surprising that his efforts received unprecedented appreciation from the club's general assembly, which renewed its confidence in him for three consecutive electoral cycles, making him the first president in the club's history to receive such consensus.

 

In his expressive words about his vision for the future, Counselor Mohamed Abdel Mohsen affirms that "union work is not measured by positions but by giving."

 

 This is the essence of his philosophy in leadership and service, and a firm belief that a person's value lies in what they offer to their society and colleagues.

 

Counselor Mohamed Abdel Mohsen was not just a Deputy President of the Court of Cassation and President of the Judges' Club, but a symbol of wise leadership, and a model of a judge who combines wisdom, giving, integrity, and courage.

فارس العدالة : المستشار محمد عبد المحسن .. اسطورة القضاء... منبر الحق بروح القيادة الفريدة.

في قلب صرح العدالة المصرية، حيث يلتقي القانون بالضمير، تتألق قصة قاضي نذر حياته للحق، وقائد وهب جهده لرفعة القضاء. إنه المستشار محمد عبد المحسن، اسم تردد صداه في أروقة المحاكم ونادي القضاة، مرادفا للعطاء والقيادة. من جامعة المنصورة، حيث انطلقت شرارة شغفه بالعدل، إلى قمة هرم العمل النقابي القضائي، نسج المستشار محمد عبد المحسن خيوط مسيرة مهنية فريدة..

 

 لم تكن حياته المهنية مجرد سلسلة من المناصب، بل كانت رحلة شغف بالعدل، بدأت من مقاعد الدراسة في جامعة المنصورة، لتصل إلى قمة هرم القضاء وقيادة صرحه العريق.

 

في عام 1987، شهدت جامعة المنصورة ميلاد نجم لمع في سماء القانون، شاب تخرج من كلية الحقوق يحمل في قلبه شغفا لتحقيق العدل، حيث بدأ مسيرته المهنية وكيلا للنائب العام في محافظة كفر الشيخ ، هناك ، انخرط بكل جوارحه في الدفاع عن الحق وإرساء ميزان العدل لسنوات طويلة. ثم امتدت رحلته القانونية إلى محافظة الغربية، ليشهد فصولا جديدة من معاركه المقدسة في ساحات العدل. تلك الفترة كانت بمثابة نقطة الانطلاق لمسيرة قضائية زاخرة بالإخلاص والتفاني والنجاحات، قصة شاب نذر حياته ليكون سيفا للعدالة ودرعا للمظلومين.

 

تدرج المستشار محمد عبد المحسن في مناصب القضاء المختلفة، من قاض يافع إلى مستشار  ذي خبره واسعة ونائب لرئيس محكمة النقض. في كل منصب تولاه، كان يترك بصمة واضحة من الاجتهاد والنزاهة، ملتزما بضميره الحي وقسمه الذي أقسمه.

 

 شهدت أروقة المحاكم على حكمته وعدله، وعلى إصراره على تحقيق الحق مهما كانت التحديات. شهدت جدران المحاكم علي قرارات هزت أركان الظلم وعلي احكام اعادت الحق الي نصابة. لم تكن المناصب بالنسبة له مجرد ألقاب، بل مسؤوليات جسيمة حملها بأمانة واخلاص.

 

لم تكن ساحات العدالة وحدها هي ميدانة، ولم يكن طموحه المهني ليقتصر على الجانب القضائي فحسب. إيمانا منه بقوة الوحدة وبأهمية التكاتف بين القضاة، وبضرورة وجود صوت قوي يعبر عنهم ويدافع عن حقوقهم، قرر خوض طريق العمل النقابي. بدأت هذه الرحلة من المنصورة، حيث انتخب لعضوية مجلس إدارة النادي، ليثبت منذ البداية قدرته على القيادة والتأثير الإيجابي.

 

في عام 1995 تم انتخابة عضوا بمجلس ادارة نادي قضاة المنصورة وشغل منصب وكيل النادي، معلنا عن ميلاد صوت جرئ يسعي لتمكين قضاة الحق.

 

ومع انتقاله للعمل في القاهرة، استمر شغفه بالعمل النقابي ينمو. رأى في نادي القضاة انه ليس مجرد مكان للقاءات الاجتماعية، بل الحصن الذي يحمي استقلال القضاء وكرامة اعضائة والمنصة التي ترتقي بقدراتهم وتوثق روابطهم وحاضنة لتطوير قدرات أعضائه وتعزيز التواصل بينهم.

 

 وهكذا، قرر الترشح لرئاسة النادي عام 2016، مدفوعا برؤية واضحة وطموح لا يحده سقف. حمل المستشار محمد عبد المحسن علي عاتقة تجديد دماء نادي القضاة، فدخل الانتخابات علي رأس قائمة "شباب القضاة" وفاز بها.

 

فوزه برئاسة نادي القضاة لم يكن مجرد انتصار في انتخابات، بل كان بمثابة تتويج لمسيرة مهنية حافلة بالإنجازات، وهمسة تقدير صادقة  وشهاده ثقة من الجموع القضائية التي آمنت به وبقضاياهم. لقد كانت ثقة غالية، والمستشار محمد عبد المحسن، ببصيرته الثاقبة وعزيمته الصلبة، منذ اللحظة التي وطأت فيها قدماه أرضية المسؤولية، انطلقت عجلة التغيير والتطوير في النادي بقوة وثبات، لتعلن عن فجر جديد.

 

ولم يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد! بل تجاوزه ليصبح أسطورة تروى في أروقة النادي، حيث حصد أعلى الأصوات في ثلاث دورات انتخابية متتالية، محققا بذلك سابقة لم يشهدها تاريخ النادي من قبل. 

 

إنه بحق قائد استثنائي، ألهم الجموع القضائية وأرسى دعائم نهضة حقيقية في نادي القضاة.

 

تحولت رؤيته الطموحة إلى واقع ملموس، حيث شهد النادي نهضة عمرانية غير مسبوقة. لم يعد المبنى مجرد مكان تقليدي، بل تحول إلى صرح معماري فريد، ليحمل طرازا معماريا فريدا يجمع بين الاصالة والرقي. يجمع بين عراقة الماضي وتطلعات المستقبل، يوفر بيئة لائقة للقضاة ورواد النادي.

 

لم تتوقف إنجازاته عند الجانب المادي. أدرك المستشار عبد المحسن أن رفاهية القضاة وأسرهم هي أساس قدرتهم على أداء رسالتهم السامية ومفتاح ابداعهم. لذا، عمل بكل جد على تطوير الخدمات الاجتماعية والطبية والثقافية التي يقدمها النادي، لتشمل مظلة واسعة من الرعاية والدعم.

 

وفي المحافل الرسمية، كان حضوره قويا ومؤثرا. دافع بشجاعة عن استقلال القضاء وكرامته الشامخة، مؤكدًا على دوره المحوري في بناء دولة القانون وحماية الحقوق والحريات. كان صوته يعبر عن جموع القضاة، مطالبا بتوفير البيئة المناسبة لعملهم وتقدير دورهم الحيوي في ازدهار الحق والعدالة. 

 

على الصعيد الداخلي للنادي، نجح المستشار في تحقيق ما بدا صعبا، توحيد صفوف القضاة ونبذ الخلافات. رسخ ثقافة التعاون والعمل المشترك، محولا النادي إلى أسرة واحدة متماسكة، تسعى نحو هدف واحد هو رفعة القضاء المصري.

 

من بين الانجازات التي تحققت في عهد المستشار محمد عبد المحسن، رئيس نادي قضاة مصر، انشاء مدينة العدالة في العاصمة الادارية الجديدة، تعيين المرأة في النيابة العامة ومجلس الدولة، ايمانا منه بأهميه دور المرأه و مكانتها، ومشروع نادي القضاة لتطوير منظومة التقاضي.

 

وفي ساحة العدل الدولية، حيث تتردد اصداء المطالبات بالحرية، كان لنادي القضاة صوتة المدوي، مدافعا عن مصر امام مجلس حقوق الانسان التابع للامم المتحدة.

 

وفي معركة اخري لا تقل اهمية، تصدي النادي بكل حزم لفوضي الالقاب القضائية.

 

 ولم تقتصر مواقف رئيس النادي الوطنية علي ساحات العدل والقانون، بل امتدت لتشمل قضايا الوطن الكبري. من بينها أزمة السفينة العالقة بالمجري الملاحي لقناة السويس.

 

 وفي ملف حقوق الانسان، كان صوت النادي دائما حاضرا، مطالبا بالمزيد من الضمانات والحريات، ومؤكدا علي ان مصر تسير بخطي ثابتة نحو ترسيخ دولة القانون، فكان نادي القضاة من المرحبين بالغاء حالة الطوارئ.

 

ولم يغفل النادي عن دوره واختصاصاته الأصيلة، مدافعا عن استقلال القضاء وحقوق أعضائه، ومؤكدا على مكانته كحصن للعدالة وحماية للحقوق والحريات.

 

حصل علي العديد من التكريمات تقديرا لمسيرتة، كرمتة الجمعية المصرية للاقتصاد السياسي والاحصاء والتشريع، بمناسبة اعارتة لمحكمة التمييز بمملكة البحرين.

 

ولم تكن هذه الإنجازات وليدة الصدفة، بل كانت نتاج عمل دؤوب، ورؤية واضحة، وقدرة فائقة على القيادة والتواصل. لذا، لم يكن غريبا أن تحظى جهوده بتقدير غير مسبوق من الجمعية العمومية للنادي، التي جددت ثقتها به لثلاث دورات انتخابية متتالية، ليصبح أول رئيس في تاريخ النادي يحظى بهذا الإجماع.

 

وفي كلماته المعبرة عن رؤيته للمستقبل، يؤكد المستشار محمد عبد المحسن أن "العمل النقابي لا يقاس بالمواقع بل بالعطاء".

 إنها خلاصة فلسفته في القيادة والخدمة، وإيمان راسخ بأن قيمة الإنسان تكمن فيما يقدمه لمجتمعه وزملائه.

 

أن المستشار محمد عبد المحسن لم يكن مجرد نائب لرئيس محكمة النقض و رئيس لنادي القضاة، بل كان رمزا للقيادة الرشيدة، ونموذجا للقاضي الذي يجمع بين الحكمة والعطاء والنزاهة والشجاعة .
