 في عالمٍ يتسارع فيه إيقاع التكنولوجيا المالية، يبرز اسم محمد إدريس كقوة دافعة وراء تحولات كبرى. ليست قصته مجرد سرد لإنجازات مهنية؛ بل هي شهادة حية على كيف يمكن للشغف اللامحدود بالمعرفة والالتزام بالتميز أن يصنعا رائدًا حقيقيًا. 

 منذ أن وطأت قدماه عالم أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات المعقدة، أدرك محمد أن شغفه العميق بالإدارة المالية وتطبيقات أوراكل هو مفتاح إحداث تأثير فارق. إنه ليس مجرد استشاري تقني، بل هو قائد وظيفي عالي الإنجاز، ومُحفز للتفوق التنظيمي، ورائد فريد في سد الفجوة بين المعرفة النظرية والتطبيق العملي، يحول التحديات المالية الكبرى إلى فرص للنمو والابتكار.

 لطالما كان التعليم بالنسبة لمحمد رحلةً لا تتوقف، بدأت بفضول مبكر وانتهت بتخصص عميق في عالم الإدارة. كانت الخطوة الأولى نحو هذه الرحلة، حين بدأ دراسته لشهادة بكالوريوس المحاسبة بجامعة بني سويف. يغوص في تفاصيل الأرقام والبيانات، ويبني أساسًا متينًا قاده للتخرج عام 2008 

 لم يتوقف شغف محمد للمعرفة عند هذا الحد. فبعد سنوات من الخبرة العملية، شعر أن الوقت قد حان للتوسع واكتساب رؤى أعمق. لذا في 2021، عاد إلى مقاعد الدراسة، ولكن هذه المرة في باريس، ليلتحق ببرنامج ماجستير إدارة الأعمال في الإدارة بكلية ESLSCA Business School  كانت تلك فترة مكثفة ومليئة بالتحديات، حيث درس أحدث النظريات والممارسات الإدارية. مما يعكس شغفه الدائم بالتعلم والتطوير. هذه الخلفية الأكاديمية القوية، جنبًا إلى جنب مع خبرته العملية الواسعة، تجعله فريدًا في مجاله.

ولأن التعلم مستمر، كان طموح محمد يدفعه نحو آفاق جديدة. ففي  2024، بدأ فصلًا جديدًا في رحلته التعليمية، بالالتحاق ببرنامج دكتوراه إدارة الأعمال (DBA) في الإدارة، أيضًا من ESLSCA Business School في باريس. هذه المرحلة تمثل تتويجًا لسنوات من الدراسة والعمل، وتركيزًا على أبحاث متقدمة في مجال الإدارة. خلال هذه الفترة، أتم محمد مقررات هامة مثل "الذكاء التنافسي في ريادة الأعمال" في باريس عام 2022، ومقرر "اتخاذ القرارات المبني على البيانات للأعمال" في برشلونة عام 2023. 

بدأت رحلة محمد المهنية في عام 2010، حين انضم إلى أوراكل، تمثلت خبرتة في إدارة تطبيقات أوراكل والتدريب عليها، مع تركيز خاص على حلول تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) وإدارة الأداء المالي (EPM).

 عمل كـمدير تطبيقات أوراكل في شركة E-finance بالقاهرة، حيث أشرف على فرق التنفيذ والعمليات والدعم الفني. كان دورة يتضمن تحديد الأدوار بوضوح، وضع الأهداف مع تحديد مراحل الإنجاز، تعزيز التعاون، حل النزاعات بسرعة، وتتبع الأداء باستخدام مؤشرات أداء رئيسية (KPIs) مخصصة. كما قدم الدعم للفرق من خلال التدريب والتقدير للحفاظ على التحفيز والكفاءة.

 في هذا الدور، قام بـتدريب المدربين والمستخدمين الرئيسيين والمستخدمين النهائيين، وقدم مواد تدريبية شاملة للمستخدمين النهائيين لضمان التبني السلس للتقنيات والأنظمة الجديدة، بالإضافة إلى إعداد جميع وثائق ERP المالية. كما طوّرت حلولاً مخصصة للعملاء، لتكييف التطبيقات لتلبية المتطلبات والمواصفات الفريدة.

 بالإضافة إلى دورة الإداري، شغل منصب مدرب أوراكل متخصص في Oracle EBS، وCloud Fusion، وHyperion.  قام بالتدريب في مؤسسات مرموقة مثل:

وزارة المالية وشركة  E-financeو نكست اكاديمي و معهد تكنولوجيا المعلومات .

 في 2023، شارك في مشروع "مالية" بسلطنة عمان مع Halton Consulting & Advisory  بكندا . تضمن دورة تنفيذ وتدريب المرحلة الأولى للتدريب الأساسي على Oracle E-Business Suite.  قدم جلسات تدريبية شاملة غطت المفاهيم النظرية والتطبيقات العملية، بالإضافة إلى Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting حرص على تقديم المادة بشكل جذاب وتفاعلي، وتسهيل التمارين العملية لتعزيز التعلم واكتساب الثقة في استخدام النظام، ودعم المشاركين خلال سيناريوهات التطبيق لضمان نقل المعرفة بنجاح.

تُظهر خبرتة في تكامل الأنظمة وتطوير المشاريع قدرةً عاليةً على تحسين الأداء المالي والتشغيلي للشركات والمؤسسات الحكومية، مع التركيز على حلول أوراكل.

 بصفتة جزءًا من فريق العمل في E-finance بالقاهرة ، شارك بفعالية في تكامل الأنظمة والترقيات. كان دورة حيويًا في ربط نظام GFMIS Oracle R12 مع مجموعة واسعة من الأنظمة الحيوية الأخرى، مثل:

  نظام الدفع الحكومي و حساب الخزانة الموحد ونظام رواتب أوراكل و أوراكل هايبريون و أوراكل 11i والنظام المتكامل لإعداد ومراقبة خطة الاستثمار ونظام نقاط البيع الحكومي للتحصيل الإلكتروني.

 هذا العمل ساهم في تحسين الأداء العام للنظام من خلال الاختبار الشامل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للمكونات البرمجية والأجهزة والشبكة. كما نجح في زيادة معدلات نجاح المشاريع من خلال المعالجة الاستباقية للمخاطر المحتملة وتطبيق استراتيجيات التخفيف المناسبة. قام بالتنسيق مع فرق دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالأنظمة، مما أدى إلى تقليل وقت التوقف والاضطرابات للمستخدمين النهائيين.

 بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ساهم في تطوير منهجيات تكامل الأنظمة على مستوى الشركة، مما أدى إلى تبسيط العمليات عبر جميع المشاريع.

في الفترة من 2022 حتي 2023، عمل على مشروع غرفة تجارة الإسكندرية مع شركة Soll Program بالقاهرة . تركز عملة على تعزيز وتحسين نظام  Oracle E-Business Suite  لغرفة التجارة بالإسكندرية. وشملت إسهاماتة الرئيسية:

  تفعيل إعدادات الميزانية لتمكين تخطيط وتحكم مالي أفضل وإعادة تطبيق وحدة الأصول الثابتة، مما يضمن تتبع وإدارة الأصول بدقة و تطبيق وتكوين إعدادات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) بما يتوافق مع اللوائح المعمول بها و المساعدة في تسوية وتعديل أرصدة الحسابات لضمان الدقة والاتساق مع المعايير المالية.

 اظهر هذا المشروع قدرتة على تحديد وحل أوجه القصور في النظام، وتحسين العمليات المالية، وتقديم حلول مصممة خصيصًا لتلبية احتياجات غرفة التجارة.

 كما قام بتطبيق ودعم نظام GFMIS (نظام إدارة المعلومات المالية الحكومية) القائم على Oracle E-Business Suite R12  لأكثر من 300 وحدة اقتصادية تابعة للحكومة المصرية. هذه الوحدات تعمل على أساس الاستحقاق. 

 إدارة مشاريع تخطيط وموازنة ،  لعب دورًا محوريًا في تنفيذ ودعم مشاريع إعداد الموازنة باستخدام Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting لكل من الوحدات الاقتصادية والحكومية:

الوحدات الاقتصادية ،أشرف على تطبيق مشروع إعداد الموازنة لأكثر من 50 وحدة اقتصادية حكومية (تعمل على أساس الاستحقاق). 

قام بدعم أكثر من 650 وحدة ميزانية حكومية (تعمل على أساس نقدي) في مشروع إعداد الموازنة باستخدام Oracle Hyperion. 

 تجمع هذه الخبرات بين الكفاءة التقنية العميقة في أنظمة أوراكل وقدرات قيادية قوية في إدارة المشاريع والفرق وتلبية متطلبات العملاء المعقدة في بيئات حكومية ومالية حساسة.

 شارك بفعالية في فريق الترقية بشركة E-finance بالقاهرة، الذي كان مسؤولاً عن الانتقال من Oracle E-Business Suite R12 إلى Oracle Cloud Fusion. تركز دوري على المسار المالي ومسار سلسلة التوريد، وشمل وحدات مثل حسابات الدفع، حسابات القبض، إدارة النقد، ضرائب الأعمال الإلكترونية، الأصول الثابتة، المخزون، والمشتريات.

 Since stepping into the complex world of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Mohammed realized that his deep passion for financial management and Oracle applications was key to making a significant impact. He is not merely a technical consultant; he is a high-achieving functional leader, a catalyst for organizational excellence, and a unique pioneer in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, transforming major financial challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.

For Mohammed, education has always been an unending journey, starting with early curiosity and culminating in deep specialization in the world of management. The first step on this journey was when he began his Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Beni Suef University. Delving into the details of numbers and data, he built a solid foundation that led to his graduation in 2008. 

Mohammed's passion for knowledge did not stop there. After years of practical experience, he felt it was time to expand and gain deeper insights. So, in 2021, he returned to academia, but this time in Paris, to enroll in an MBA program in Management at ESLSCA Business School. It was an intensive and challenging period, where he studied the latest management theories and practices, reflecting his constant passion for learning and development. This strong academic background, combined with his extensive practical experience, makes him unique in his field.

And because learning is continuous, Mohammed's ambition pushed him towards new horizons. In 2024, he began a new chapter in his educational journey, enrolling in a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program in Management, also from ESLSCA Business School in Paris. This stage represents the culmination of years of study and work, focusing on advanced research in management. During this period, Mohammed completed important courses such as "Competitive Intelligence in Entrepreneurship" in Paris in 2022, and "Data-Driven Decision Making for Business" in Barcelona in 2023. 

Mohammed's professional journey began in 2010 when he joined Oracle. His expertise involved managing and training on Oracle applications, with a special focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Financial Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

He worked as an Oracle Applications Manager at E-finance in Cairo, where he oversaw implementation, operations, and technical support teams. His role included clearly defining roles, setting goals with defined milestones, fostering collaboration, quickly resolving conflicts, and tracking performance using custom Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). He also supported teams through training and recognition to maintain motivation and efficiency.

In this role, he trained trainers, key users, and end-users, and provided comprehensive training materials for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and systems, in addition to preparing all financial ERP documentation. He also developed customized solutions for clients, adapting applications to meet unique requirements and specifications.

In addition to his managerial role, he served as an Oracle trainer specializing in Oracle EBS, Cloud Fusion, and Hyperion. He provided training at prestigious institutions such as:

Ministry of Finance, E-finance Company, Next Academy, and Information Technology Institute.

In 2023, he participated in the "Maliyah" project in the Sultanate of Oman with Halton Consulting & Advisory in Canada. His role involved implementing and training the first phase of basic training on Oracle E-Business Suite. He delivered comprehensive training sessions covering theoretical concepts and practical applications, as well as Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting. He was keen to present the material in an engaging and interactive manner, facilitating practical exercises to enhance learning and build confidence in using the system, and supporting participants through application scenarios to ensure successful knowledge transfer.

 His experience in system integration and project development demonstrates a high capacity to improve the financial and operational performance of companies and government institutions, with a focus on Oracle solutions. 

As part of the E-finance team in Cairo, he actively participated in system integration and upgrades. His role was vital in linking the GFMIS Oracle R12 system with a wide range of other vital systems, such as:

 Government Payment System, Unified Treasury Account, Oracle Payroll System, Oracle Hyperion, Integrated System for Preparing and Monitoring Investment Plans, and Government POS System for Electronic Collection.

This work contributed to improving the overall system performance through comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network components. He also succeeded in increasing project success rates by proactively addressing potential risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. He coordinated with IT support teams to resolve system-related issues, which led to reduced downtime and disruptions for end-users. In addition, he contributed to the development of company-wide system integration methodologies, streamlining processes across all projects.

 From 2022 to 2023, he worked on the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce project with Soll Program Company in Cairo. His work focused on enhancing and improving the Oracle E-Business Suite system for the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce. His key contributions included:

Activating budget settings to enable better financial planning and control, re-implementing the Fixed Assets module, ensuring accurate asset tracking and management, implementing and configuring Value Added Tax (VAT) settings in compliance with applicable regulations, and assisting in reconciling and adjusting account balances to ensure accuracy and consistency with financial standards.

This project demonstrated his ability to identify and resolve system deficiencies, optimize financial processes, and deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of the Chamber of Commerce.

 He also implemented and supported the GFMIS (Government Financial Information Management System) based on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 for more than 300 economic units belonging to the Egyptian government. These units operate on an accrual basis.

 In managing planning and budgeting projects, he played a pivotal role in implementing and supporting budgeting projects using Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting for both economic and governmental units:

For economic units, he oversaw the implementation of a budgeting project for more than 50 government economic units (operating on an accrual basis).

He supported more than 650 government budget units (operating on a cash basis) in a budgeting project using Oracle Hyperion. 

These experiences combine deep technical proficiency in Oracle systems with strong leadership capabilities in managing projects and teams and meeting complex client requirements in sensitive governmental and financial environments. 

He actively participated in the upgrade team at E-finance in Cairo, which was responsible for transitioning from Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to Oracle Cloud Fusion. My role focused on the financial track and the supply chain track, including modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, E-Business Tax, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Purchasing.

 He provided support for the GFMIS (Government Financial Information Management System) Oracle E-Business Suite R12 for more than 2600 government accounting units in Egypt, operating on a cash basis. This included supporting the financial track and the supply chain track, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, E-Business Tax, and Purchasing. 

He also provided support for E-finance itself on the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 system. This included the financial track and the supply chain track, and modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, E-Business Tax, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Purchasing. 

These experiences demonstrate his strong ability to lead and manage technical and training operations in complex work environments, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
