choose the ‘as-is’ process to be analyzed and identify the shareholders who

process.

solution according to the industry, business size , product life cycle and the
market macro and micro economic conditions, some techniques are commonly used by
discipline  with in the organizations, or some might be used for the same
product life cycle but in different organizations.

been to choose her own path. Since childhood, Eman Abou El Dahab had been
searching for success in a field she loved, though she wasn’t entirely sure
what it was. She went through periods of confusion and uncertainty, but the one
thing she was certain about was her deep desire to succeed and work with

was deeply ingrained in her personality, drawing her towards various forms of

Ultimately, she chose to study sociology at the Faculty of Arts at Cairo
University, driven by her desire to understand social relationships and human
behavior, in addition to her strong interest in psychology. Despite excelling
in her studies, she couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing, as

ventured into the field of public relations, where she quickly demonstrated
remarkable competence. Within less than a year, she became the youngest manager
at her company. However, despite this rapid success, she felt unfulfilled, as
if something was still missing. In search of that missing piece, she enrolled
in acting workshops and soon landed roles in notable productions. But even as
she pursued acting, she couldn’t stop asking herself: "How are these works
written? How are the stories that impact people created?" That question

for her to work at Media Production City, a pivotal turning point in her
career. She started as a marketing specialist for artistic productions—a field
she hadn’t originally planned to enter but was closely related to public
relations, where she had excelled. Over time, she found herself increasingly
