بارزة ساهمت بفاعلية في تشكيل المشهد القانوني والإعلامي في مصر. تبلغ دينا 40
عامًا، وتحمل درجة الليسانس في القانون من جامعة القاهرة، بالإضافة إلى دبلوم في
القانون العام وماجستير في لوجستيات التقاضي، إلى جانب العديد من الدورات

والمحاكم، حيث قدمت استشارات قانونية حيوية ساعدت في تحسين الظروف القانونية
للموظفين في القطاع القضائي. وفي خطوة لزيادة تطوير مهاراتها وتعزيز تأثيرها في
قطاع الإعلام، تولت منصب المستشارة القانونية لشركة المتحدة للخدمات الإعلامية،
حيث ساعدت في إدارة الشؤون القانونية المتعلقة بالإعلام والإعلان.<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">بالإضافة إلى إنجازاتها المهنية، دينا المقدم عضو في اتحاد المحامين
العرب وتواصل عملها كمستشارة قانونية للعديد من الشركات والمصانع. كما أنها تابعة
للاتحاد الدولي للأكاديميين وتنسيقية شباب الأحزاب والسياسيين<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">منذ عام 2011، انخرطت دينا بفاعلية في السياسة، حيث شاركت في فعاليات
وأحزاب سياسية مختلفة، وشاركت بآرائها من خلال مقالات متعددة. ومن خلال هذا العمل،
تهدف إلى إحداث تأثير إيجابي في مجتمعها وتظهر التزامًا بتحسين الظروف نحو الأفضل.<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">وراء نجاحها تكمن قصة شخصية ملهمة. نشأت دينا في حي السيدة زينب حتى
بلغت العاشرة من عمرها، وبعد ذلك انتقلت إلى الكويت مع والدتها بعد تخلي والدها عن
مسؤولياته. خلال هذه الفترة، تحملت والدتها المسؤولية الكاملة عن تربية دينا
وشقيقها، وهو تحدٍ كبير لأم تواجه هذا الموقف بمفردها في بلد أجنبي<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">واجهت دينا تحديات الحياة مبكرًا، حيث بدأت العمل في سن السابعة عشر
لدعم والدتها. شملت تجاربها العمل في مجالات بعيدة عن القانون، مثل بيع الأدوات
المنزلية، والتدريب في شركات الكمبيوتر، والعمل في العقارات.<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">على الرغم من هذه التحديات، تمكنت دينا من الموازنة بين العمل
والدراسة، وبفضل الله تخرجت من الجامعة وواصلت تدريبها القانوني بنجاح. لقد تولت
العديد من قضايا المصلحة العامة، مما يدل على إرادتها القوية ومرونتها في مواجهة

مما جعلها تنظر إليها كرحلة مقدسة تتسم بالألم والضعف والتحديات. ومع ذلك، وبدعم
إلهي، تمكنت من المثابرة وتحقيق إنجازات ملحوظة في هذا المجال الحيوي<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">في طموحاتها الشخصية، تركز دينا على إحداث فرق إيجابي في حياة
الآخرين. وتذكر أن هدفها هو إحداث تأثير إيجابي مستدام، وهو ما يتضح في كل خطوة
تتخذها نحو تحقيق هذا الهدف. إن إيمانها العميق بأن كل فرد لديه القدرة على تحسين

الله منحنا العقل والطاقة والصحة للتغلب على التحديات. وتؤمن بأن النجاح يتطلب
جهدًا، بغض النظر عن الصعوبات التي تواجهها، بما في ذلك الفقر والإعاقة في بعض
الأحيان.<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:right;margin-bottom:12pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">تعتبر دينا والدتها قدوتها الكبرى ومصدر إلهامها الأول. تقدر بشدة ما
فعلته والدتها، وتصفها بأنها امرأة غير عادية تحملت أكثر مما يتحمله معظم الرجال
لتربية وتعليم أطفالها بأفضل طريقة ممكنة













































 Dina El-Mokadem: A Legal Force in a Changing World 
  
In the complex and ever-evolving world of law, Dina El-Mokadem stands out as a
prominent figure who has actively contributed to shaping the legal and media
landscape in Egypt. At 40 years old, Dina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from
Cairo University, along with a Diploma in Public Law and a Master’s degree in
Litigation Logistics, in addition to numerous academic courses in legal and
political fields. 
  
Dina began her professional journey as a legal advisor for the Association of
Public Prosecutors and Courts, where she provided vital legal consultations
that helped improve the legal conditions for employees in the judiciary sector.
In a move to further develop her skills and enhance her impact in the media
sector, she took on the role of legal advisor for the United Media Services
Company, where she assisted in managing legal affairs related to media and
advertising. 
  
In addition to her professional achievements, Dina El-Mokadem is a member of
the Arab Lawyers Union and continues to serve as a legal advisor to numerous
companies and factories. She is also affiliated with the International
Academics Union and the Youth Coordination of Political Parties and
Politicians. 
  
Since 2011, Dina has been actively engaged in politics, participating in
various events and political parties, and sharing her views through multiple
articles. Through this work, she aims to create a positive impact on her
community and demonstrates a commitment to improving conditions for the better. 
  
Behind her success lies an inspiring personal story. Dina grew up in the Sayeda
Zeinab neighborhood until she was ten years old, after which she moved to
Kuwait with her mother following her father's abandonment of his
responsibilities. During this period, her mother took on the sole responsibility
of raising Dina and her brother, a significant challenge for a mother facing
this situation alone in a foreign country. 
  
Dina faced life’s challenges early on, starting with working at the age of
seventeen to support her mother. Her experiences included working in areas far
from law, such as selling household goods, training at computer companies, and
working in real estate. 
  
Despite these challenges, Dina managed to balance work and study, and with
God's grace, she graduated from university and continued her legal training
successfully. She took on numerous public interest cases, demonstrating her
strong will and resilience in the face of difficulties. 
  
Dina describes her journey as never easy, filled with hardships and obstacles,
which made her view it as a sacred journey marked by pain, weakness, and
challenges. However, with divine support, she managed to persevere and achieve
notable accomplishments in this vital field. 
  
In her personal ambitions, Dina focuses on making a positive difference in the
lives of others. She states that her goal is to create a sustainable positive
impact, evident in every step she takes toward achieving this aim. Her deep
belief that every individual has the ability to improve their circumstances and
overcome challenges reflects her determination and resolve. 
  
Dina advises young people not to surrender to difficult circumstances and
obstacles, emphasizing that God has given us the intellect, energy, and health
to overcome challenges. She believes that success requires effort, regardless
of the difficulties faced, including poverty and disability at times. 
  
Dina considers her mother to be her greatest role
model and primary source of inspiration. She deeply appreciates what her mother
has done, describing her as an extraordinary woman who endured more than most
men to raise and educate her children in the best possible way.
